Russian Reforms: New Deal or More of the Same
While preparations for the presidential elections have started, Russia is approaching a critical juncture.
The economy urgently needs overhauling, and if the new presidency opts for liberal reforms, the
political system and the redistribution of national wealth will also be affected. ICEUR has invited
Mikhail Dmitriev, who has been charged with the elaboration of a package of reforms, to share his
relevant ideas and his policy recommendations.
