Registration 3. Cancellation 4. Errors 5. Tips You can log in to the online portal by using your username (matriculation number, e.g. "12345") and your general password. 1. General Information Under „Meine Funktionen“ (my functions) „Prüfungsan- und -abmeldung“ (registration for exams and cancellation) you will find general information on how to use the online portal. Please read these carefully. a. If you register/cancel before the deadline (Wenn die An-/Abmeldung innerhalb der vorgegebenen Fristen stattfindet) Your registration or cancellation is only valid if made before the deadline, even if the online portal accepts your entry afterwards. b. In case of electronic difficulties (Wenn die An-/Abmeldung auf elektronischem Wege nicht möglich ist) If there are any electronic difficulties please contact the Student Service Center and register or cancel in writing. By ticking the box „Ich akzeptiere..." (I accept) you agree to act in accordance with these regulations. Continue by clicking on „weiter“. 2. Registration for an exam 1. Showing study structure If you click on your study program (Studiengang) you will see the structure of your entire studies. a. Please choose „8900 Gesamtkonto“ and e.g. „7000 Pflichtmodule“. Here you will see the exams of the study programme. If a module should be missing altogether please contact the Student Service Center on [email protected]. The exam in question may then be unlocked. b. Meaning of the symbols c. Choosing an exam The exams are indicated by a blue dot with a “p” in the middle. Continue by clicking on „Prüfung anmelden“. d. Registration Please choose "Ja" to register. e. Checking your entries After you have entered you will see an overview of all registrations. 3. Cancellation a. Deadline You can only cancel your exam-registrations until ten days before the examination period starts (according to the examination regulations it is possible until five days before the examination period at the beginning of the winter semester). b. Register and cancellations All exams that you have registered for will be shown by the following symbol: . If required you can cancel these at a later date (as mentioned above). c. Example: Prüfung "10031 Allgemeine Chemie“ If you would like to cancel please choose „Prüfungsanmeldung stornieren“ and the following overview will appear: d. e. Checking your entries After you have entered you will see an overview of all registrations (Rücknahme). Continuing You may now proceed to register for additional exams, go back to the first page or end the session by choosing "Beenden". 4. .Errors If the programme has indicated any errors please check the list of registered exams carefully. If you have not been registered successfully please try again. If you continue to meet any problems please inform the Student Service Center by e-mail. 5. Attention please!
