Environmental and Economic Benefits from BIochar clusters in the Central Area FINAL CONFERENCE 14th November - Circolo dei lettori Via Bogino, 9 - Turin - Italy E2BEBIS PROJECT E2BEBIS is an international project implemented by partners from five Central Europe countries (Italy, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia and Poland). E2BEBIS tackles the limited use of biochar in the region, the lack of a proper legal framework on biochar on EU and national levels, and the low awareness of the potential benefits of biochar among policy-makers and other stakeholders. You can find more information about the project in E2BEBIS webpage. FINAL CONFERENCE The final conference will be the opportunity to bring in order to disseminate the results of E2BEBIS work. The event programme includes among other actions the main findings from the project E2BEBIS and existing opportunities for the stakholders. Will be discussed ecnomical, social and environmental advantages and disadvantages related to the production and use of biochar. STAKEHOLDERS The meeting is addressed to companies waste sector, producers of biochar, fertilizers, farmers, forestry technicians, agronomists and technicians, agricultural associations, public administrations, Universities and research institutes and all those who want to have more information on biochar.
