The "aktiva - Beratung im Gesundheitswesen GmbH" is a consulting firm with extensive branch
competence specialized on medium-sized companies in the health care sector.
The emphasis lies on the consulting of inpatient health care providers, especially hospitals,
rehabilitation and geriatric facilities and all connected institutions. We support our clients in
strategy, medicine, process and business related questions.
The multidisciplinary team comprises of long-term skilled consultants, who in addition to their work
experience and their academic education have a background in the health care sector.
