He joined PwC from the World Bank where he was the Chief Investigative Counsellor. He has extensive experience helping clients combine technology-enabled analytics with a growing wealth of available and disparate information to gain a more holistic understanding of risks and threats as well as developing strategic insights into solving their more complex challenges. Justin is a graduate of Duke University, having earned dual degrees in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering. In 2000, after a career with PwC which led to his final Global Managing Partner role, Brooks joined TI as Executive Director and CFO. He led TI’s private-sector initiatives, including the anti-money laundering standards of the Wolfsberg banking group, the Business Principles for Countering Bribery, and specific industry-focused initiatives. He was a Founding Member of the World Economic Forum’s Partnering Against Corruption Initiative (PACI) and chaired for many years the 10th Principle Working Group of the United Nations Global Compact.
