20th Anniversary of the American Library
Saturday, November 19th, 2016 from 10 am – 10 pm
20 years ago the American Library, originally a U.S. Army library, re-opened as a
branch library of the Karlsruhe Stadtbibliothek with strong support from the Friends of
the American Library Karlsruhe e.V. Since then the library has become a meeting point
for people from here and all over the world interested in media in English.
Join us for a day of celebrations – 20 projects for 20 years!

10:00-18:00 Library open featuring an extra long Book & Bake Sale
12:00-18:00 Activities for kids: Gold panning for young gold miners & “Wanted” posters for young outlaws
