TARGET GROUP OF THE COURSE
The course is addressed to individuals working in national and
international institutions related to occupational rehabilitation
and public-sector entities (social insurance companies, job centres, social welfare agencies etc.), who want to assist and advise clients on all issues concerning their reintegration into the
labour market as well as workplace implications resulting from
their disability.
Participants who successfully complete the course, submit a
thesis on a specific project and undergo an expert interview will
be granted a certificate of qualification as a „Process Manager
for Occupational Rehabilitation“. The certificate is issued by
Systemcert and valid for three years. The certificate is renewed
at three-year intervals following specific further training and submission of proof of practical experience gathered in occupational
rehabilitation.
CONTENT - SCHEDULE - DURATION
This certified course comprises a eight-day foundation course
to be followed by individual eight-day specialised trainings on:
• Case management
• Performance diagnostics and rehab planning
• Innovative teaching and learning techniques in social and vocational education
