Erklärung der AntragstellerInnen
(Affirmation)
Der FWF ist berechtigt, alle projektspezifischen Daten EDV-unterstützt zum Zweck der Bearbeitung
des Letter of Interest zu verarbeiten und im Jahresbericht teilweise zu veröffentlichen bzw. in
anonymisierter Form zu statistischen und forschungspolitischen Zwecken weiterzugeben.
The FWF is entitled to process all project-related data by computer, to publish excerpts of them in annual reports
and to pass them on to third parties in anonymous form for statistical purposes or purposes relating to science
politics.
Die antragstellende Forschungsstätte ist verpflichtet, die im Letter of Interest angeführten Personen
über die EDV-unterstützte Erfassung und Bearbeitung ihrer personenbezogenen Daten zu informieren
sowie darüber, dass der FWF diese Daten nicht an Dritte weitergibt, sofern keine rechtliche
Verpflichtung besteht oder die Weitergabe dieser Daten nicht von der untenstehend erteilten
Zustimmung umfasst ist.
The applying institution is responsible for informing all persons named in the Letter of Interest that their personnel
data will be stored and processed by computer and that the FWF will not pass the information on to third parties
unless there is a legal requirement for it to do so or if the passing on of these data is not covered by the approval
given below.
Die antragstellende Forschungsstätte und alle im Letter of Interest angeführten Personen haben das
Recht, ihre Zustimmungserklärung zur Übermittlung der Daten an Dritte jederzeit durch schriftliche
Mitteilung an den FWF zu widerrufen. Im Falle eines Widerrufs einer Zustimmungserklärung wird die
Übermittlung von Daten an Dritte, welche ohne die betreffende Zustimmung unzulässig ist,
unverzüglich nach Einlangen des Widerrufs beim FWF eingestellt.
The applying institution and all persons named in the Letter of Interest are authorized to withdraw their affirmation
any time by a written request to the FWF. In case an affirmation to pass on project related data to third parts is
withdrawn the FWF will as soon as the withdrawal is received stop forwarding project related data that may not be
passed on without specific consent to third parts.
Falls bei anderen Stellen um Subventionen im Zusammenhang mit diesem Vorhaben angesucht wird
bzw. weitere Förderungen zugesagt werden, wird der FWF unverzüglich informiert.
The applying institution and all persons named in the Letter of Interest shall inform the FWF if support for this
research project is requested from other organizations, or if additional support is granted.
Der FWF ist Gründungsmitglied der Österreichischen Agentur für wissenschaftliche Integrität
(www.oeawi.at). Die antragstellende Forschungsstätte und alle im Letter of Interest angeführten
Personen bestätigen, dass sie bei Vorwürfen von wissenschaftlichem Fehlverhalten im
Zusammenhang mit dem geplanten Projektvorhaben mit der Agentur für wissenschaftliche Integrität
voll kooperieren.
The FWF is a founding member of the Austrian Agency for Research Integrity (www.oeawi.at). The applying
institution and all person named in the Letter of Interest confirm that for treating any project related scientific
misconduct they will fully cooperate with this agency.
Die antragstellende Forschungsstätte verpflichtet sich zur Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen und
verfahrensrechtlichen Bestimmungen im Zusammenhang mit Sicherheit, ethischen Belangen,
Meldewesen, Einwanderungsbestimmungen, öffentlichen Ausschreibungen, Arbeitsrecht und allen
anderen relevanten Vorschriften.
The applying institution will ensure compliance with all legal and procedural requirements regarding safety, ethical
issues, notification requirements, immigration laws, public tender procedures, labour legislations, and any other
relevant regulations.
