Das Schüco Fabrication Data Center bringt auf den Werkstatteinsatz zugeschnittene Hard- und Software zusammen. Es besteht aus einem ultrakompakten Windows-PC
mit WLAN-Verbindung. Weiterhin umfasst das Fabrication
Data Center einen 27“ Multi-Touchscreen und einen
Barcode-Scanner. Eine Wand- bzw. Tischhalterung sorgt
für den sicheren Stand.

The Schüco Fabrication Data Center brings together
tailored hardware and software for use in the workshop.
It consists of an ultra-compact Windows PC with W-LAN
connection. The Fabrication Data Center also includes a
27” multi-touchscreen and a barcode scanner. Wall and
table brackets ensure stability.

Das Schüco Fabrication Data Center ist ein einzigartiges
Paket aus Hardware und Software, das aktuellste Projektund Kataloginformationen digital in die Werkstatt bringt.
Die Software umfasst eine speziell auf die Prozesse in der
Fertigung angepasste SchüCal-Version sowie das Schüco
Docu Center. Per Touchscreen bekommt der A
nwender
schnell und einfach die gesuchten Informationen. Alter
nativ kann auch der auf dem Profil angebrachte Säge-
Barcode gescannt werden: Durch die enge Verknüpfung
mit dem aktuellen Katalog ergeben sich attraktive neue
Nutzungsmöglichkeiten, mit denen der Verarbeiter Zeit und
Kosten in der Fertigung einsparen kann.
SchüCal
Docu Center
Das für die Werkstatt optimierte SchüCal wird per Touch
bedient und sorgt für eine schnellere und effizientere
Fertigung von Aluminiumelementen. Beispielsweise werden von der Säge kommende Stäbe über ihren Barcode
erkannt. SchüCal findet sofort die Position, die gefertigt
werden soll, und stellt die dazugehörigen Dokumente,
z. B. Rollenpläne bereit. Der Metallbauer sieht direkt die
Bearbeitungen im 3D und kann alle Artikeldetails komfortabel erkennen. Mit einem Klick gelangt er zur richtigen
Katalogseite. Dies ist wesentlich schneller als die Suche im
gedruckten Katalog. Der Updateservice bringt alle Daten
jederzeit auf dem neuesten Stand.
Das Schüco Docu Center ermöglicht einen direkten Zugriff
auf alle aktuellen Schüco Kataloge in einer übersichtlichen
Regalstruktur. Umfangreiche Suchfunktionen erleichtern
die Katalogrecherche durch Katalogfilter, Serienfilter,
Artikelnummernsuche und Begriffsuche. Zudem steht eine
dynamische Navigation zur Verfügung. Die Kataloge haben
eine hochauflösende PDF-Darstellung, können gezoomt
werden und umfassen katalogübergreifende Lesezeichen
sowie größenverstellbare Bedienelemente. Durch die direkte Druckfunktion können einzelne Katalogseiten weiterhin
in Papierform bereitgestellt werden. Die Katalogsoftware
wird – genau wie SchüCal – per Touchscreen bedient.
The SchüCal version optimised for the workshop is
operated via touchscreen, which ensures faster and more
efficient fabrication of aluminium units. For example, bars
coming from the saw are identified by means of their barcode. SchüCal immediately finds the item for fabrication
and provides the attendant documents, e.g roller diagrams.
The metal fabricator sees the processes directly in 3D and
can easily recognise all of the article details. With one click,
the correct catalogue page is called up. This is significantly
faster than searching in the printed manual. The update
service ensures that all of the data is always current.
The Schüco Docu Center allows direct access to all current
Schüco manuals in a clear shelving structure. Comprehensive search functions facilitate searches in the technical
manuals by means of catalogue filters, series filters, article
number searches and term searches. Dynamic navigation
is also available. The technical manuals have a high-resolution PDF display with a zoom feature and comprise
bookmarks and size-adjustable controls for all the manuals. A direct print function is also available so that paper
copies of individual catalogue pages can still be printed.
The catalogue software is operated by touchscreen, just
like SchüCal.
The Schüco Fabrication Data Center is a unique combination of hardware and software, which supplies digital
project and catalogue information to the workshop. The
software comprises a SchüCal version specially adapted
to the fabrication processes as well as the Schüco Docu
Center. The user can obtain the information sought quickly
and easily via a touchscreen. Alternatively, the saw barcode on the profile can be scanned. The close link with the
current catalogue enables attractive new possibilities for
use, saving the fabricator a lot of time and costs.
