Through our technical knowledge and expertise, our Aircraft Division has contributed greatly
to the development and expansion of the Japanese Aviation market by being one of the first
companies to import civilian aircraft into Japan after the import ban was lifted in 1952, and
have imported over 700 fixed wing aircraft so far. We continue to promote the growth of the
Japanese General and Business Aviation market by being the Authorized Sales Representative
for Embraer Executive Jets and Vulcanair S.p.A. Our commitment to support and promote the
growth of the Japanese Rotary Wing Market began in 1961 with the import, sales, and support
of engines manufactured by Safran Helicopter Engines. Now firmly established as the
Helicopter Engines Department, we continue to actively support Safran Helicopter Engines by
providing technical support as well as selling parts and overhaul/repair services to both the
Civilian and Government Helicopter Operators. Additionally, our Aircraft Systems
Department provides services to both the Fixed and Rotary Wing market in Japan with the
sales and support various Aircraft Systems such as Garmin Avionics and Simplex Aerospace
Fire Attack Systems. With our JAC Service Center located at Tokyo Heliport, we provide fast
and dedicated spare parts support 365 days a year that is critical to our customers who have an
Aircraft on Ground situation.

Our Aerospace Systems Division is comprised of specialists and sales experts, who have a broad
spectrum of both knowledge and expertise in the aerospace and defense market. Through our
extensive network of manufacturers, both in the U.S. and Europe, we have provided the
aerospace and defense industry with a One Stop Shop service in supplying cutting-edge
components/systems as well as some small products that are still in continuing demand today.
Furthermore, we have the capability to provide ad-hoc support for our customers that cannot
out-source a vendor easily. We have office locations in Tokyo, Nagoya, New York and Los
Angeles. This allows us to respond to diversified requirements in a rapidly-changing
marketplace. We are proud to be able to contribute to the Japan National Security and
Peacekeeping Operations by supplying such valued solutions and services to the Aerospace and

from serious threats. We import advanced technologies from abroad, and do research to find
appropriate solutions to cater to today’s market demands. We also are committed to handle
