Studied International Politics in Aoyama Gakuin University. Joined P&G HR in 2007 after 4 years of sales and marketing
experience in Human Resources Service Company as well as IT start-up. Joined Fast Retailing in 2015 in order to
challenge the globalization and world's No.1 position of a Japanese company. Currently, responsible of Global Talent
Acquisition, taking effort to hire the future leaders of Fast Retailing. Personally, a working mom of a 3 year old girl and
is passionate about acceleration of organization diversity and development of female leaders.
These seminars are held as a part of the class “Global Company Research”. Each seminar is open for auditing only to TGL students and all
international students. Those who wish to attend all of the seminars shall register for the class.

＜Profile＞
Experienced exchange program at HEC Business Management School in France and graduated from Keio University.
Joined FUJIFILM Corporation in 2012 and spent 3 years in Global HR Group in Human Resources Division, which leads
the implementation of FUJIFILM's global Human Resources strategy. While being there, worked on globalization of
Japanese employees as well. Now is responsible for New Graduate Recruitment since 2015.Nov.
