We would like to welcome all scientists interested in the immune biology of viral infections
from within or outside the Gesellschaft für Virologie (GfV) to join us in Tauberbischofsheim.
The workshop specifically aims at younger scientist (PhD students, Postdocs) to present
their work (short talks) in a small and comfortable setting, and at PIs to engage in stimulating
discussions and to interact with fellow scientists, e.g. discussing methods, set up
collaborations, networking, etc.

- Vaccines

Abstracts
Please submit your abstract for oral presentation (no poster presentations) relating to one of
the above mentioned topics (English, 250 words max.). All submitted abstracts will be
presented as a 10 min short talk. Please send a word file including the title of the abstract,
all authors (presenting author underlined) and the complete address and affiliation of the
corresponding author until, August 31st 2016 to:

Venue
The workshop will take place at the Hotel St. Michael in Tauberbischofsheim.
It will start early afternoon on Wednesday, 28.09.2016, and ends around noon on Friday,
30.09.2016.
Accommodation
We have blocked a limited number of rooms with special rates at Hotel St. Michael for
workshop attendees until August 31st 2016. Please contact the Hotel directly for booking.

Social events
The registration fee includes lunch, coffee breaks and dinner at Hotel St. Michael.
On Thursday night attendees will also have the chance to participate in a tour through a
local brewery including a tasting. The costs for the tour and the tasting are not included
and will be an extra ca. 15 Euro. Please register for the tasting tour on the registration form.
