Phase out of LG style nozzles, upgrade to GG
From January 2015, the “LG” range of nozzles will be discontinued due to
the performance of the more popular “GG” range. LG equipment will continue
to stock and supply spare parts (except nozzles bodies) for the LG range up
until 31st December 2019 in order to support any scheduled maintenance of
LG nozzles. No LG nozzles would be sold after December 2014.

Improvements to the GG Range
ACME Thread Guide
All Gasguard nozzles for use in Autogas
and light duty transfers will be fitted with
the new guided connectors. This will assist
the user, in safely connecting the nozzle to
the vehicle or fill point.
Nozzle Body with Magnet
All GG nozzles come with an optional
magnet assembly located in the nozzle
body. Used for reed switch dispenser
systems.

Improvements to the GG Range
Unified Nozzle Boot (holster)
GasGuard now includes the NB-GG
nozzle boot to its range. This nozzle boot
is capable of housing every nozzle in the
GG range (excluding GG10). It is also
designed for use with reed switch
dispenser systems.
GG1EH
Same modular components as GG1E,
however it has a new H (hybrid) nose
piece:
• Lower lever force
• Reduced discharge volume

GG30 Bayonet Nozzle Development
• Nose assembly; Reduces the released
volume by 23%.
• New lip seal; Reduces the push on and
pull off force. Nozzle is easier to use.
• New 4-slot design; Makes it easier for
customers to connect the nozzle.
• Red anodized Lever Latch; Reduces the
chance of misusing the nozzle.
• Stickers; Also assist users in operating
the nozzle
• Magnet in Nozzle Body; come with
optional Magnet Assembly for dispensers
using reed switches
