GasGuard Nozzles Elaflex Latin América · Safety and Reliability! • Over 27 years of experience in the Autogas industry, • One of the safest and most reliable nozzles in the world market, • Global leader in many International markets. − These markets include Canada, USA, Mexico, Chile, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Australia, Germany and the UK. • The ACME range of GasGuard nozzles has been UL listed for over 20 years. 2 · Moving forward LG1DN Nozzle LG1E Nozzle LG20 Nozzle LG50 Nozzle GG1DN Nozzle GG1E Nozzle GG20 Nozzle ZVG2 DISH Nozzle Phase out of LG style nozzles, upgrade to GG From January 2015, the “LG” range of nozzles will be discontinued due to the performance of the more popular “GG” range. LG equipment will continue to stock and supply spare parts (except nozzles bodies) for the LG range up until 31st December 2019 in order to support any scheduled maintenance of LG nozzles. No LG nozzles would be sold after December 2014. 3 · The New GG Range Some advantages of the GG range of nozzles are: • Better performance features Easier to use − Single handed Lever Latch operation (when fitted) − Very small losses on disconnect − Improved flow rate up to 65 L/min − Lower lever pressure • • • • • • • 4 LG1DN same price as GG1DN All nozzles fitted with strainer EK172.1 Safer and more reliable Lighter and better balance Operating temperature range: -40°c to 110°C More robust construction = longer life time, Longer maintenance periods · The GG Nozzle Range GG1E 5 GG1EH GG1DN GG20 GG20H GG20DN GG30 - Bayonet GG50 - DISH GG10 – High Flow · Improvements to the GG Range ACME Thread Guide All Gasguard nozzles for use in Autogas and light duty transfers will be fitted with the new guided connectors. This will assist the user, in safely connecting the nozzle to the vehicle or fill point. Nozzle Body with Magnet All GG nozzles come with an optional magnet assembly located in the nozzle body. Used for reed switch dispenser systems. 6 · Improvements to the GG Range Unified Nozzle Boot (holster) GasGuard now includes the NB-GG nozzle boot to its range. This nozzle boot is capable of housing every nozzle in the GG range (excluding GG10). It is also designed for use with reed switch dispenser systems. GG1EH Same modular components as GG1E, however it has a new H (hybrid) nose piece: • Lower lever force • Reduced discharge volume 7 · Improvements to the GG Range GG30 Bayonet Nozzle Development • Nose assembly; Reduces the released volume by 23%. • New lip seal; Reduces the push on and pull off force. Nozzle is easier to use. • New 4-slot design; Makes it easier for customers to connect the nozzle. • Red anodized Lever Latch; Reduces the chance of misusing the nozzle. • Stickers; Also assist users in operating the nozzle • Magnet in Nozzle Body; come with optional Magnet Assembly for dispensers using reed switches • Splashguard; Protects the customer’s hands against any normal gas release. 8 · Nozzle Maintenance ELAFLEX provides maintenance training for all of our GasGuard and ZVG2 range of refuelling nozzles. We have numerous certified repair partners around the globe to ensure that our nozzles are repaired, maintained and re-used by trained technicians. ELAFLEX makes a serious commitment to maintenance on nozzles. This allows us to extend the working life of the nozzle whilst ensuring safety, reliability and performance. The allows our customers to appreciate the total cost of ownership our nozzles provide, which is seen in our success across the globe. 9 · Who uses it? ELAFLEX GasGuard Customers 10 · Why to select it? A small investment, a differential qualitative leap High-quality components Clean, modern lines, reliable Superior end-user experience Long life cycle Minimum maintenance Continual support over the life of the nozzle 11 · Safety Easy and safe to operate Cannot discharge LPG to atmosphere. Must be connected to allow product to flow. Patented Pressurised Dual Nose Piece which provides a complete seal with the filler valve, even when the nozzle is not fully screw connected (only on “DN” nozzles).
