応急学生寄宿舎（川内地区）の入居手続きについて
１．入居手続きについて
○入居前に別紙の「東北大学応急学生寄宿舎入居案内」を必ず読んで入居してください。
○居室の鍵をお渡ししますので、留学生課留学総務係までお越しください。
日時：平成２８年９月２１日（水）～２８日（水）
時間帯：８：３０～１６：００
※上記日時で受領ができない場合は、留学総務係までご連絡願います。
○鍵の受渡しの際、入居者の確認を行いますので、パスポートを持参してください。
※パスポートを持参しない場合は、鍵をお渡しできませんので、注意願います。
２．寄宿料等諸経費の納入について
○寄宿料等諸経費については、初回のみ指定口座にお振込みいただき、２回目以降は口座引落し
となります。
○必要書類を鍵の受渡し時にお渡ししますので、手続き願います。
３．入居説明会について
〇入居後、入居生活に関する説明会を行いますので、必ず出席してください。

※新入学留学生向けオリエンテーションの前に行います。
４．入居日について
〇入居予定日に入居できない場合は、必ず以下まで連絡してください。連絡なく入居しない場合
は、入居許可を取り消す場合があります。

Moving in to Emergency Student Housing (Kawauchi)
1. Moving-in procedures
-Please carefully read the materials on moving in to Tohoku University Emergency Student Housing.
-We will give you a room key. Please pick it up at the Student Exchange Division, General Affairs
Section.
Dates: September 21 (Wed.) ~ 28 (Wed.), 2016
Time: 8:30~16:00
*If you cannot pick up your key during the above period, please contact the Student Exchange Division.
*An instructor can also pick up your key for you.
-We will check your passport before giving you your key, so please bring it.
*If you do not bring your passport, we will be unable to give you your key.
2. Paying rent and fees
-For the first payment only, you will be asked to transfer payment of rent and other fees to a
designated account; from the second time onward, payment will be automatically deducted from
your account.
-We will provide the necessary forms when giving you your key. Please complete and submit them.
3. Move-in seminar
- Dates: October 3 (Mon.) 16:30 (Before the Orientation for Incoming International Students)
Place: Kawauchi Hagi Hall Conference room
Be sure to attend this seminar.
4. Move-in date
-If you cannot move on the planned date, please be sure to contact us. If we do not hear from you by
then, the residence permit will be automatically cancelled.
