応急学生寄宿舎（三条地区）の入居手続きについて
１．入居手続き説明会の開催について
日時：平成２８年９月２１日（水）～２８日（水）
時間帯：９：００～１６：００
場所：ユニバーシティ・ハウス三条Ⅱ管理室
○上記の日時で随時説明会を行いますので、必ず出席してください。
○入居前に別紙の「東北大学応急学生寄宿舎入居案内」を必ず読んで入居してください。
○入居及び生活にあたってのルールを説明します。
○説明会で居室の鍵をお渡ししますので、説明会後から入居開始となります。
○入居者の確認を行いますので、パスポートを持参してください。
※パスポートを持参しない場合は、鍵をお渡しできませんので、注意願います。
２．寄宿料等諸経費の納入について
入居説明会時に管理運営委託事業者から、寄宿料、入居時預り金、光熱水料の
諸経費納入方法等について説明があります。
３．入居日について
入居予定日に入居できない場合は、必ず以下まで連絡してください。連絡なく入居し
ない場合は、入居許可を取り消す場合があります。

Moving in to Emergency Student Housing (Sanjo Area)
1. Move-in seminars
Dates: September 21 (Wed.) ~ 28 (Wed.), 2016
Available Times: 9:00~16:00
Place: University House Sanjo II Admin. Office
-Seminars will be held as needed during the above dates/times. Please attend.
-Please carefully read the materials on moving in to Tohoku University Emergency Student Housing.
-Move-in procedures and dorm rules will be explained.
-Keys will be distributed at the seminar, and moving in will begin after the seminar.
-We will check your passport, so please bring it.
*If you do not bring your passport, we will be unable to give you your key.
2. Paying rent and fees
At the seminar, the contractor in charge of administering the dorm will explain how to make
payments for rent, deposits, utilities, and other fees.
3. Move-in date
If you cannot move on the planned date, please be sure to contact us. If we do not hear from you by
then, the residence permit will be automatically cancelled.
