1. Requirements
This program is designed for graduate students
holding a master’s degree or expecting to hold
the same by September 2017. As mentioned
earlier, their selection will be conducted on
the basis of the CGGSOS Program established
by the Government of China.
Note to the applicants:
(1)Even if chosen for this special selection, you
will not be admitted unless you go through
the CGGSOS Program (the Chinese
government only dispatches doctoral
research fellows who have master’s
degrees).
(2)Successful applicants will be admitted to
the program on October 1, 2017(the fall
semester).
(3)There will be no test fee, admission fee, or
tuition fee for this special selection.

program that you wish to be enrolled in,
the research area of interest, research
issue, research method, expected goal,

5. Selection method
Candidates for admission shall be
comprehensively determined on the basis of
the submitted documents and examination
results.
6. Entrance examination
and schedule
(1)Time and date: 13:00 on Tuesday,
November 15, 2016 (local time in Shanghai)
(2)Examination type and allocated points: Oral
test (200 points)
(3)Content of Oral Examination: An
approximately 15-minute presentation of your
previous research studies in English or
Japanese, reason for application, and research
plan after admission, followed by another 15minute question and answer session.
(4)The entrance examination may be cancelled
due to various situations including measures
for pandemic flu. Please check updated

successful applicants
On Friday, December 16, 2016, a letter of
acceptance (including the handling of tuition
and other exemptions), together with
information on the student’s instructor will be
sent to each successful applicant.

に基づき派遣される大学院学生を募集する外国人留学生特別選抜
１．出願資格
中国政府が定める「国家建設高水平大学公派研究生項目実施方法」に基づき派遣される大学院学
生を対象とし、修士の学位を有する者、又は平成２９(2017)年９月までに有する見込みの者としま
す。
（出願にあたっての留意事項）
（１）本特別選抜に合格しても、
「国家建設高水平大学公派研究生」
（中国政府派遣の類型は、学位
取得博士研究生に限る）に採択されなかった場合は、入学が許可されません。
（２）本特別選抜に合格した場合の入学の時期は、秋学期（１０月１日）となります。
（３）本特別選抜により受け入れる場合の検定料、入学料及び授業料は徴収しません。

（３）成績証明書
本学大学院博士後期課程の出願資格を満たす大学院等の成績証明書を提出してください（通
常は修士の学位を取得した大学院）
。証明書は、原本を提出してください。
（４）受験票・写真票
本学所定の用紙に所要事項を記入してください。写真は、出願前３か月以内に撮影した無帽
上半身正面のもので、大きさは４cm×３cm を貼って提出してください。
（５）学位取得（見込み）証明書
英文または和文の学位取得（見込み）証明書を提出してください。日本の大学で修士の学位
を取得した場合には修士課程修了証明書でも可。見込みの場合には、平成２９(2017)年９月ま
でに修了する見込みであることが必要です。証明書は、原本を提出してください。
（６）所属大学（出身大学）の指導教員による推薦書
本学所定の様式により、英文または和文の推薦書を提出してください。指導教員の直筆の署
名が必要です。また、原本を提出してください。
（７）研究業績概要
本学所定の様式により、英文または和文の研究業績概要を提出してください。Ａ４判サイズ
用紙２ページ程度とします。
（８）研究計画書
本学所定の様式により、英文または和文の研究計画書を提出してください。Ａ４判サイズ用
紙２ページ程度とします。作成にあっては、研究課題名、所属（出身）大学名、氏名、入学を
希望する専攻、研究分野、研究課題、研究方法、想定している到達点、結論等を明記してくだ
さい。
４．出願方法
（１）入学志願者は、出願書類を取りそろえ、以下の出願先に、出願期限までに送付してください。

５．選抜方法
出願書類及び学力検査の結果を総合的に判定し、入学候補者を決定します。
６．学力検査及び日程等
（１）実施日時：平成２８(2016)年１１月１５日（火）１３時～（上海現地時間）
（２）科目及び配点：口述試験（200 点）
（３）口述試験の内容：英語または日本語により、これまでの研究内容・出願動機と入学後の研究
計画等について発表（パワーポイント等によるプレゼンテーション 15 分程度）の後、15 分程

度の質疑応答を行います。
（４）学力検査は、インフルエンザの流行等、その処置を含むいろいろな状況のために中止される
場合もあります。本研究科のウェブサイトで最新の情報を確認してください。

合格者は、「国家建設高水平大学公派研究生」に採用が決定した場合、中国国家留学基金管理委
員会で発行する証書（原本）を下記連絡先に送付してください。
