国際交流会館三条第一会館の入居手続き等について１．入居手続き (1) 入居手続きの時間は以下の通りです。２０１６年９月２１日～２８日午前９時～午後４時（12:00～13:00 除く） ※ 入居手続きは約１５分かかります。 ※ 上記時間内に手続きをとらない場合は、当日の入居ができないので、時間は厳守してください。 ※ 入居手続きは、入居者本人が来館してください。 (2) 持参するものパスポート (3) 居室キーの貸し出し居室等についての使用説明を受けた者に、居室のキーを貸し出します。２．居室内の設備備品台所(流し台、ガスコンロ、給湯器)、食器棚、食卓、冷蔵庫、洗濯機・乾燥機（単身室入居者は館内コインランドリーを利用）、勉強机、椅子、洋服タンス、ベッド、バス・トイレ（単身室入居者はシャワールームとトイレを共用）、ガスクリーンヒーター、エアコン、掃除機（単身室入居者は各フロアごとに共用）及び照明器具。 ※ 食器及び調理器具は入居者が用意してください。 ※ 電気・ガス・水道の使用開始手続きは、国際交流会館で行います。 ※ インターネットは、申請後利用できます。申し込んでから、２～３日ほどかかります。３．入居許可の取り消し許可者以外の者を宿泊させた場合等、東北大学国際交流会館規程に指示された事項に違反した者は入居許可の取り消し、または退去を命ずることがあります。４．入居予定日に入居できない場合は、必ず以下まで連絡してください。連絡なく入居しない場合は、入居許可を取り消す場合があります。 022-795-3745/3775 / [email protected] 連絡先：国際交流会館三条第一会館管理室電話番号：022-275-9901 受付時間：午前 8 時～午後 6 時 / [email protected]（IPLA のみ） [email protected] Moving in to International House Sanjo 1 1. Residence Registration (1) The IH office is open for residence registration during the following hours: September 21st to 28th, 2016 9:00～16:00 (except 12:00～13:00) *Each registration meeting takes about 15 minutes. *If you want to move into your residence on the day of your registration, please observe the above office hours strictly. *Please note that the registration must be made by the prospective resident himself/herself. (2) Please be sure to bring your passport with you when you move in. (3) Please note: you must receive a room guidance to get your room key. 2. Facilities in your Residence Kitchen (consisting of sink, gas stove and gas water heater), cupboard, table, refrigerator, washing machine/ clothes dryer (not included in Single Room Blocks, a Laundromat is available), desk, chair, closet, bed, bathroom (not included in Single Room Blocks, a common shower room is available), heater, air conditioner, vacuum cleaner (not included in Single Room Blocks, it is available on each floor) and lighting fixture(s). Please note: *Please prepare tableware and cookware. *The IH Office will apply for you to start gas, electricity and water to your residence. *When you apply for Internet service, it takes 2~3 days to connect. 3. Residence Permit Cancellation Since the residence permit is issued on the conditions stated therein, please remember that the residence permit is automatically cancelled if you do not abide by the Rules and Conditions of the International House and of the University. 4. If you cannot move on the planned date, please be sure to contact us.
