以下のとおり、本日本人宛にお送りいたしました 2016 年度春学期の成績添付書類の内容に一部訂正がご
ざいます。大変失礼いたしました。ご確認いただけますようよろしくお願いいたします。
（誤）
※成績は確定したものですが、確固たる根拠を持って問い合わせる場合のみ、9 月 12 日(月) 16:50 までに「学生証・学業成績
表・当該科目のシラバスのプリントアウト・82 円切手 2 枚」を持参のうえ、事務室学事担当窓口へ学生本人が申し出てくださ
い。質問は 1 回に限ります。修了に関わると思われる場合はできるかぎり早く提出してください。学習指導が判断した上で、必
要であれば授業担当者へ問い合わせます。なお、春学期前半科目についても対象です。

Results are considered final, however, a student who believes that he/she has a good groundfor questioning a grade can make a query by
bringing the Student ID Card, Grade Report, printout of the syllabus of the course in question and two 82-yen stamps to the Registrar Section,
Academic Affairs Office no later than Monday, September 12, 4:50 p.m.Queries can be made only once per course.If it might have an effect
on your completion, make an inquiry as soon as possible. The Academic Advisors will determine whether it is necessary to consult with the
faculty member in charge of the course. Courses in the first half of the Fall semester are also applied.
