合格者には，「合格通知書」及び「入学手続関係書類」を８月３０日（火）にレターパックで送付しています。
なお，本学の在籍者は，受験票を持参の上，９月７日（水）までに入試室入学試験係へ取りに来てください。
受付時間は次のとおりです（ただし，土曜日・日曜日を除く）。
８月３０日(火)：１０時～１７時
８月３１日(水)～９月７日(水)：８時３０分～１７時

「入学手続案内」をよく読んだ上で，必要な手続きを８月３０日（火）～９月１６日（金）１７時までに
行ってください。（郵送の場合も９月１６日（金）１７時必着）

１．Notice to all successful applicants: Notification of Admission and Necessary Documents for Enrollment
The notification of admission and necessary documents for enrollment were sent to all successful
applicants except the students who have been studying in Obihiro University on Aug.30 (Tue) by express.
The successful applicants who have been studying in Obihiro University should come to the Entrance
Examination Office with your examination admission ticket to receive the notification and documents
above by Sep.7 (Wed).
The available office hours are as below:
Aug.30 (Tue) 10:00 am ～ 5:00 pm
AUg.31 (Wed) ～ Sep.7 (Wed) 8:30 am ～ 5:00 pm
２．About Enrollment Procedures (Period)
※ Except Saturday and Sunday
Please take necessary procedures
from Aug. 30 (Tue) to 5:00 pm , Sep. 16 (Fri), 2016.
after having read Guidance of enrollment procedures well.
