Abstract
In this seminar, Prof. Yan Li will discuss with you about how to
write a paper and make it published in a premier journal. She
will share with you the experience in, 1) how to start a
manuscript; 2) what you should do and what you should not do
in writing a paper; 3) how to reply the reviewers’ comments;
4) what you can do when the manuscript is rejected.
About the speaker:
Prof. Yan Li is a Chang Jiang Professor in College of Chemistry
and Molecular Engineering, Peking University, China. She is
now working in School of Engineering, The University of Tokyo
as a distinguished visiting professor. She has published ~140
papers in peer-reviewed journals including Nature, Journal of
the American Chemical Society, Nano Letters, Advanced
Materials, etc. She also has plenty of experience in journal
editorials. She is now an associate editor of ACS Nano and had
worked as an associate editor for Journal of Materials
Chemistry A. She is on the advisory boards of Materials
Horizons and Journal of Materials Chemistry A, and the editorial
board of Nano Research.
