Support the Team with their analysis and drive our goals to ensure they are met
Analyse the Centre performance and identify trends and contributory factors.
Ad hoc analysis
Identify success factors and take actions to improve business
Implement new reports to analyze forecasting parameters for our staffing levels
Support the Center Controller in reporting and analysis
Live our values and lead by example
Team player and service minded
A deep interest in doing business
Studies in Business or Economics are an advantage.
A strong drive to constantly improve and achieve your goals
Strong analytical skills
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
Leadership experience and leadership qualities
Good communication skills with the ability to present analysis in a simple way
Great organizational and time management skills
Fluent in English both spoken and written
Fluent in German both spoken and written
