L’AZIENDA
SINCE 1977
L’ azienda CTA, si è evoluta sulle basi di un'esperienza trentennale nel settore "automotive". Diretta ed organizzata da un team di professionisti
giovani e capaci di soddisfare esigenze diverse nel settore. Indirizzata per gran parte alla trasformazione di veicoli e strutture di diverso tipo,
rivolgendosi ad aziende che esigono oltre alla fornitura in sé un supporto tecnico post-progettuale. Tale esperienza, unita ad una versatilità
organizzativa ha permesso di sviluppare ed ampliare le proprie capacità produttive. Tale sviluppo ha permesso l'inserimento di un innovativo
uﬃcio tecnico, con la funzione di seguire le commesse in produzione, non trascurando la continua ricerca di nuovi prodotti. Negli obiettivi è
sempre prevalso l'interesse a supportare aziende costruttrici di veicoli.
Per questa stessa motivazione l'Azienda, in sinergia con altre società di settore, si è attrezzata con strumentazioni in grado di testare sistemi di
ancoraggi cinture di sicurezza e simili.
Accreditamenti:
La CTA è certiﬁcata dal Ministero dei Trasporti quale costruttore.
I prodotti sono realizzati secondo gli standard europei ed hanno conseguito speciﬁca certiﬁcazione.
La CTA è iscritta al CUNA (Commissione tecnica di Uniﬁcazione nell'Autoveicolo).

La société CTA, s’est évoluée sur la base d’une expérience de trente années dans le secteur « automotive ». La société est dirigé par un team de
jeunes professionnels, capables de satisfaire plusieurs exigences du secteur et qui s’adressent aux entreprises qui au-delà de la fourniture des
produits, demandent un support technique après-vente. Cette expérience et la ﬂexibilité d’organisation a permis la création d’un bureau d’étude
ayant la fonction de suivre les commandes pendant la production, sans oublier la recherche constante des nouveaux produits. Entre les priorités
de la société il y a surtout l’intérêt à supporter les sociétés fabricantes de véhicules.
Pour cette raison, la société CTA, en synergie avec autres entreprises du secteur, s’est équipée avec des appareils et outillages pour tester les
ancrages des ceintures de sécurité et des produits similaires.

CTA est une société fabricante certiﬁé par le Ministère des Transport.
Les produits sont fabriqués selon les standards européens et ont atteint la certiﬁcation spéciﬁque.

Die Firma CTA hat sich auf der Basis einer dreißigjährigen Erfahrung im “Automotiv” Sektor entwickelt. Geleitet und organisiert von einem
Team junger Fachleute, die in der Lage sind, die verschiedenen Forderungen in diesem Bereich zu erfüllen. Sie wendet sich größtenteils der
Umwandlung von Fahrzeugen und den verschiedensten Strukturen zu und richtet sich an Betriebe, die außer der eigentlichen Belieferung
technische Unterstützung auch nach der Entwicklung fordern. Diese Erfahrung, zusammen mit einer organisatorischen Vielseitigkeit haben
erlaubt, die eigene Produktionskapazität zu entwickeln und zu erweitern. Diese Entwicklung hat die Einführung eines innovativen technischen
Büros zugelassen, mit der Aufgabe, die Aufträge in der Produktion zu verfolgen, ohne die ständige Forschung nach neuen Produkten zu
vernachlässigen. Bei den Objektiven hat immer das Interesse überwogen, die Hersteller von Fahrzeugen zu unterstützen.

Fa. CTA ist vom Transportministerium als Hersteller zertiﬁziert.
Die Produkte werden nach europäischem Standard realisiert und haben die entsprechenden Zertiﬁkate erlangt.

Company CTA, has grown up strong of three decades of experience in the OEM automotive sector. Set up and managed by a young and
professional team, able to satisfy the diﬀerent needs required by the ﬁrms of the sector. CTA is predominantly oriented to the production of
structures and to diﬀerent kind of vehicle conversion and addresses to those ﬁrms, which require more than just a supplier but also a valid
post-project technical support.
Thanks to the experience acquired and to the versatile management CTA has developed and extended its manufacturing capabilities. The
development was improved with an innovative technical department to follow the production but without neglecting the continuous research
for new product. One of the CTA goals has always been the support oﬀered to the OEM manufacturers, therefor in synergy with other societies
in the ﬁeld, CTA was equipped with speciﬁc instruments to test the safety belts anchorage systems, structures and related ﬁtting components.

Les mats d’ancrage 3 points face route ont été développés pour obtenir un produit solide, sur et avec un poids contenu.
L’expérience mûrie en 35 ans d’activité uni à la collaboration constante et signiﬁcative avec entreprises leader dans le secteur du camping car ont
permit la réalisation d’une gamme de produits agréables et surtout avec un poids contenu. Cet objectif a été atteint grâce à un haut niveau
d’industrialisation qui a généré un prix d’achat convenable mais aussi d’économiser en termes de montage en ligne. À conﬁrmation de la très
bonne qualité et ﬁabilité des mats pour l’ancrage de ceintures de sécurité, le Département d’Ingegnerie et Téchnologie de la rennommée Metropoliotan Manchester University, après avoir eﬀectué une longue série des essaies de resistance des dispositifs de retenue, est parvenue à la
conclusion que les resultats obtenus ont largement superé les standards prévus par la normative en vigueur.

Die Verankerungsstruktur für 3-Punkt-Sicherheitsgurte in Fahrtrichtung wurde entwickelt, um ein solides und sicheres Produkt mit mäßigem
Gewicht zu erzielen.
Die in 35 jähriger Tätigkeit gereifte Erfahrung, vereint mit der ständigen und bedeutenden Zusammenarbeit mit den führenden Firmen auf dem
Freizeitmobilsektor, haben die Realisierung einer Serie Strukturen von gefälligem Aspekt und vor allem konkurrenzfähigen Preisen ermöglicht.
Dieses Ziel ist dank dem hohen Industrialisierungsstand erreicht worden, was nicht nur einen attraktiven Einkaufspreis, sondern auch eine
erhebliche Arbeitszeitverkürzung bei der Montage hervorbrachte. Um die Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit der Verankerung Sicherheitsgurt Strukturen zu bestätigen, die Abteilung für Ingenieurwissenschaften und Technik der renommierten Manchester Metropolitan University, nach der
Durchführung einer langen Reihe von Tests des Widerstands der Zurückhaltung, kam zu dem Schluss, dass die erzielten Ergebnisse weit übertroffen wurden durch die aktuelle Gesetzgebung.

The forward facing structures for 3-points safety belts anchorage have been developed in order to obtain a tough structure with reduced weight.
The experience achieved in over 35 years of activity, together with the continuous and eﬀective cooperation with the leading manufacturers of
the motor caravan sector, has enabled CTA to realize a range of structures having a nice design and specially a competitive price. This goal was
reached thanks to the high industrialization level achieved witch has inﬂuenced both the purchasing price and the reduction of the assembly time
in the chain line. To conﬁrm the quality and reliability of structures anchor seatbelts, the Department of Engineering and Technology of the
renowned Manchester Metropolitan University, after performing a long series of tests of resistance of restraint, came to the conclusion that the
results obtained greatly exceeded the standards set by current legislation.

La strutture d’ancoraggio a tre punti fronte marcia sono state sviluppate per ottenere un prodotto solido, sicuro e dal peso contenuto.
L’esperienza maturata in 35 anni di attività, unita alle continue e signiﬁcative collaborazioni con le aziende leader del settore camper, hanno reso
possibile la realizzazione di una linea di strutture dall’aspetto gradevole e, soprattutto, dal prezzo competitivo. Tale obbiettivo è stato raggiunto
grazie ad un alto livello di industrializzazione che ha generato non solo un costo appetibile, all’acquisto, ma anche un risparmio in termini di ore
di montaggio in linea. A confermare l’ottima qualità ed aﬃdabilità delle strutture ancoraggio cinture di sicurezza, il Dipartimento di Ingegneria e
Tecnologia della rinomata Manchester Metropolitan University, dopo aver eseguito una lunga serie di test di resistenza dei dispositivi di ritenuta,
è arrivata alla conclusione che i risultati ottenuti hanno ampiamente superato gli standard previsti dalla normativa vigente.

Il progetto nasce dalla visione generata dalla sinergia
di due aziende leader del settore: CTA e TRUMA.
Obiettivi:
1 – Ottimizzare la distribuzione d’aria calda tramite il
posizionamento del Combi al centro dell’ ambiente.
2 – Sfruttare meglio gli spazi di stivaggio inserendo il
Combi nella dinette all’interno del volume occupato
dalla struttura delle cinture.

Le projet est né de la vision fruit de la synergie entre
deux entreprises leader dans le secteur : CTA et
TRUMA.
Objectives :
1 – Optimiser la distribution de l’air chaude à travers
le positionnement du chauﬀage Combi au milieu de
l’environnement.
2 – exploiter au mieux les espaces de rangement en
positionnant le Combi sous la dinette dans l’espace
occupé par le mat de ceinture.

della larghezza dei punti di ﬁssaggio delle cinture
anche in veicoli più stretti. I braccetti telescopici
optional, consentono il ﬁssaggio della cintura in
