begeistern. Es sind diese Themenkomplexe vorgesehen: Asia-Food (kulinarische Vielfalt
der besten Küchen der Welt), City-Trips (Stop-Over-Reise oder Kulturtrips mit Shopping
und Sightseeing in den Mega-Metropolen Asiens und im pazifischen Raum), Round-Trips
(Insider-Tipps für individuelle Reisekombinationen, Natur- und Erlebnistouren, Soft-Adventure
Möglichkeiten) und Relaxing-Asia (Beach-Life und Wellness in Strand- und Spa-Hotels
kombiniert mit asiatischen Heilkünsten).
Editorial concept
The goal of ASIA PACIFIC Magazin is to get long-distance travel fans excited about destinations
in Asia and the Pacific. The following topics are planned: Asian food (the culinary variety of the
world’s best cuisines), city trips (stopover trip or cultural trips including shopping and sightseeing
in the mega metropolises of Asia and the Pacific), round trips (insider tips for individual travel
combinations, nature and experiential tours, soft adventure options) and Relaxing Asia (beach
life and wellness at beach and spa hotels combined with Asian healing arts).

Das ASIA PACIFIC Magazin erscheint erstmals im deutschsprachigen Raum ab Herbst 2016
in einer Auflage von 80.000 Exemplaren. Es wird vom Hamburger Reisemagazinverlag Life!
herausgegeben in Zusammenarbeit mit der PATA Germany. Die Pacific Asia Travel Association
(gegründet 1951 in Honolulu/Hawaii; gemeinnützig), kurz PATA, ist ein Marketingverbund
von Fluggesellschaften, Fremdenverkehrsämter, Reedereien, Reiseveranstalter und Hotels, die
den Tourismus im asiatisch-pazifischen Raum fördern.

ASIA PACIFIC Magazin will be launched in the German-speaking countries in fall 2016 with an
initial run of 80,000 copies. It will be published by the Hamburg-based travel magazine publisher
Life! in collaboration with PATA Germany. The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), a non-profit
founded in Honolulu, Hawaii in 1951, is a marketing association of airlines, tourism boards, ocean
liners, tour operators and hotels for the purpose of promoting tourism in the Asia-Pacific region.
