Accommodation
: Wittenberg :
- Camping on the club area is possible as well as accommodation in the
Club rooms of WSG Wittenberg
- WC and showers are available
- Dinner (02/09/2016) and breakfast (03/09/2016) for payment
Dessau :
- Camping on the club area is possible as well as accommodation in the
club rooms
- WC and showers are available
- dinner (03/09/2016) and breakfast (04/09/2016) for payment
Boat classes
: jollies, dinghy cruiser,boats with lifting or canting keel (no Optis or the like)
Liability
: The Organizer and the organizing clubs assume no liability for damage
of participants, boats and equipment on the area of clubs and during the
legs. Parents and supervisors of children fulfil their supervisory duties.
Each participating boat shall be insured with a valid liability insurance
(minimum sum insured 2,5 Mio.€) .
By the registration of his boat the skipper confirms the existence of the
liability insurance. The organizer does not carry out an individual check.
General
1.) Dinghy cruisers must have an engine. Jollies without outboarder are taken in tow.
2.) The inland waterway act has priority of all other rules, it means the commercial ships and
ferries have the right of way.
3.) All helmsmen must have a valid licence.
4.) Start, Motor and sailing sections can be variable depending on weather conditions.
5.) Please note slipping of boat in Magdeburg on Sunday (04.09.2016) and participation in
transfer up-stream to “Drei Städtefahrt” (31.08.-02.09.2016) and the “Rote Horn Cup” from
10.09. to 11.09.2016 onregistration form or during registration on Friday (02.09.2016).
6.) In Wittenberg the guest rooms of club section motorboat tourism provide additional accommodation (4 beds). Their reservation is to be arranged via Horst Haberland (telephone 03491/ 41 45 29). Further accommodation provide all hotels in Wittenberg. Hotel booking
is individual action. Acron Hotel is situated close to the club area (about 10 minutes walking
distance) .
7.) In Dessau the guest rooms of club Seesportverein provide accommodation. Reservation via
W. Schmidt (telephone 0177 4000 539.).
8.) Transfer up-stream to Drei Städtefahrt starts in Magdeburg at MSV (Elbekilometer 323) on
02.09.2015, 10:00 .Please register at above mentioned offices until 26.08.2016 . Arrival at
Magdeburger Segler-Verein, 39114 Magdeburg, Seilerweg 15 until 30.08.2016 .
