BIOGRAPHY Richard J. Jamieson (Dick) Vice President for Campus Services Case Western Reserve University Dick Jamieson currently serves as the Vice President for Campus Services at Case Western Reserve University. In this capacity Dick has overall responsibility for a number of University administrative operations including security and police operations, environmental health & safety, emergency response, parking, transportation, auxiliary business operations (dining, retail services, fitness center), purchasing and mail distribution. Dick began his career in the security department at the General Electric Company’s Lighting Business Headquarters in East Cleveland, Ohio in 1979. He moved to Case Western Reserve University in 1980 as an Investigator in the Department of Security & Environmental Affairs. Dick subsequently served as Manager of Security from 19851991, Director of University Security from 1991-1998, Director of Campus Services from 1998- 2003 and Associate Vice President for Campus Services from 2003- 2004. He was named Vice President of Campus Services in 2004. Dick holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Kent State University. He is a member of the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators, ASIS International, the National Association of College Auxiliary Services and several other professional organizations. .
