エッチ・ツー・オーは、ゴムローラ表面に親水性繊維が密生したもので、ローラ表面に保水性を持た
せたものです。
H-TWO-O is a rubber roller densely covered with hydrophilic fibers and keep water on the
roller surface.

機や高速オフセット輪転機の水棒ローラに用います
と水の平均性や水キレの良いあたかも連続アルコー
ルダンプニング装置のような効果を与えます。

If it is used as the dampening form roller of a sheet
fed offset printing machine or high speed web offset printing machine provided with a conventional
moulton dampening roller system, it gives a good
homogeneity and thin water film as if it are a continuous dampening system.

刷コストを引き下げます。

水呼ローラのモルトンにテクノロールの「カラマンボ」
If you put a "Color Mambo " of Techno Roll's
dampener cover on water duct roller and another dampening roller and also use
"Rinstamper" / "Super Rinstamper" which are
maintenance liquid for dampening roller, you
can expect a really wonderful synergism of all
those things with little dirt by ink.
をはめて、保水処理液の「リンスタンパー/スーパー
リンスタンパー」を併用されますとインキのからみが
なく素晴しい相乗効果を発揮します。

Change one of form rollers in moulton typed
dampening system to H-TWO-O.
As for rubber roll dimension of H-TWO-O, indicate external diameter after putting moulton or
external diameter after installation of sleeve.
ツー・オーに巻替えます。エッチ・ツー・オーのゴム巻
き寸法は、モルトン巻後外径及びスリーブ装着後外径
をご指示下さい。

Setting of H- TWO-O
ローラの表面に油やインキが付着しないように注意
Paying attention not to adhere oil and ink on the
surface of the roller when setting a roller. Adjust
the nip width between H-TWO-O roller and the
printing plate 4 to 5 mm, and the nip width between the chrome roller about 3 to 4 mm.
してローラを取付け、少し見にくいのですが版面とラ
イノエッチ・ツー・オーとの当り調整はニップ幅で4∼
5mmとし、クロムローラとのニップ幅を3∼4mm程度
にして下さい。
