MDA (Master Distribution Agreement)
2016年8月1日から導入されました
• これまでの２つある OPN の Distribution Agreement を MDA に一本化
– Full Use Distribution Agreement: サポート・アデンダムをもつパートナー様が使用中
– ISV Master Distribution Agreement: ASFU, ESL とサポート・アデンダム不要の FUDA で使用中
• コンセプトは ISV Master Distribution Agreement と同じ
– 複数の Agreement に存在していた同じ内容の部分を Master Agreement に集約
– プラクティスの異なる部分を目的に応じた Addendum で補う
• 現在有効な S/A FUDA, ISV MA はそれぞれの満了日まで有効です
• 8月1日以降の更新は MDA ベースとなりました（新規も）
• FUDA（単独版）と ISV MA の満了日が違う場合は、早く満了日を迎えたものから MDA ベースで更新し
て、遅い方は遅い方が満了日を迎える時点で MDA ベースで更新します
• S/A FUDA に付いている FDA/SPA/RPA が1年の満了を迎えるものは、親の S/A FUDA はそのままで現行の
FDA/SPA/RPA で更新できます（S/A FUDA が満了の際には MDA で更新となります）
！OPN Agreement （OPN本則）と
そのアデンダムは今回の MDA には影響されません
