Die B & B Preise verstehen sich pro Zimmer pro Tag,
es ist ohne Kurtaxe von 0,70 € pro Person und Tag
The B & B prices are per room per day, it is
excluding tourist tax of € 0.70 per person per day
Restaurant ist geoeffnet mit Menù "A La Carte".
The Restaurant is OPEN every day with Menù a
la Carte.
I prezzi del Bed & Breakfast si intendono per
camera e al giorno, è esclusa la tassa di
soggiorno pari a € 0,70 per persona al giorno
Der Raum muss von 10. °° am Abreisetag geräumt
werden.
La camera dovra essere liberata entro le ore 10.°°
del giorno di partenza.
Die vorzeitige Abreise gibt keinen Anlass zu einem
Schadenersatz.
La partenza anticipata non da luogo ad alcuna
compensazione.
Wenn der Kunde nicht zeigen bei der gebuchten
Anreisedatum erfolgen, sind die Zimmer zur Verfügung
bis 10.00 Uhr am nächsten Tag und dann in
Abwesenheit von schriftlichen oder telefonischen
Kommunikation gehalten, wird die Reservierung
storniert
Qualora il cliente prenotato non si presentasse alla
data prevista d'arrivo, la camera verrà tenuta a sua
disposizione fino alle ore 10,00 del giorno
successivo e quindi in assenza di comunicazione
scritta o telefonica, la prenotazione verrà ritenuta
annullata
Per la prenotazione del soggiorno si necessita
l'invio della caparra confirmatoria entro 10 giorni dal
ricevimento della nostra lettera
E-mail di conferma pari al 30% dell’importo del
soggiorno tramite Bonifico Bancario.
In caso di cancellazione entro 30 giorni dall'arrivo,
non sono previste penali.
In caso di cancellazione da 29 giorni dall'arrivo, la
caparra non sarà restituita.
Per riduzioni di soggiorno o partenze anticipate
verrà addebitato l'intero soggiorno.

die Anzahlung einbehalten.
Bei kürzerer Aufenthaltsdauer oder vorgezogener
Abreise wird der gesamte gebuchte Aufenthalt in
Rechnung gestellt.

The room must be vacated by 10. °° on departure

If the customer does not show up at the booked
