Sicherheit sowie zum Gebrauch und der Pflege des Gerätes. Heben
Sie die Anleitung zum späteren Nachschlagen auf und geben Sie sie
mit dem Gerät weiter.
2. Beachten Sie alle Warnungen auf dem Gerät und in dieser
Bedienungsanleitung.
3. Benutzen Sie das Gerät nur für den vorgesehenen Zweck.
Unsachgemäßer Gebrauch führt zu Gefährdungen. Wenn Sie das
Gerät nicht bestimmungsgemäß verwenden oder falsch bedienen,
wird für daraus resultierende Schäden keine Haftung übernommen.
4. Die Verwendung von Zubehör und Geräteteilen, die vom Hersteller
nicht ausdrücklich empfohlen werden, kann Verletzungen oder

7. Reinigung und Benutzer-Wartung dürfen nicht durch Kinder

10. Wenn das Netzkabel oder das Gehäuse des Gerätes beschädigt oder
wenn das Gerät heruntergefallen ist, darf das Gerät nicht benutzt
werden, bevor es von einem Fachmann überprüft worden ist.
11. Nehmen Sie das Gerät nicht mit feuchten Händen oder auf nassem
Untergrund stehend in Betrieb.
12. Verwenden Sie nie Haarspray oder andere Sprays während Sie das
Gerät verwenden.
13. Halten Sie langes Haar und andere Gegenstände vom
Lufteintrittsgitter und Luftauslass fern, um ein Einsaugen zu
vermeiden.
14. Öffnen Sie das Gerät nicht. Stecken Sie keine Gegenstände in die
Öffnungen. Halten Sie alle Öffnungen frei.
15. Kleben Sie keine Fremdkörper an das Gerät und decken Sie es nicht
ab.

8. Im Falle einer Fehlfunktion des Gerätes durch eine elektrostatische
Entladung oder elektrischer Spitzen, trennen Sie das Gerät vom
Stromnetz. Warten Sie kurz und stecken Sie den Netzstecker wieder in
die Steckdose. Schalten Sie das Gerät erneut ein, um in den normalen
Betriebszustand zurückzukehren.
9. Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker nur am Stecker aus der Steckdose nicht
am Kabel.
10. Ein beschädigtes Netzkabel darf nur vom Hersteller, einer von ihm
beauftragten Werkstatt oder einer ähnlich qualifizierten Person
ersetzt werden, um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
2.2 Netzanschluss
1. Die Netzspannung muss mit den Angaben auf dem Typenschild des
Gerätes übereinstimmen.
2. Wird das Gerät in einem Badezimmer verwendet wird, ist nach
Gebrauch der Netzstecker zu ziehen, da die Nähe von Wasser eine
Gefahr darstellt, auch wenn das Gerät ausgeschaltet ist.
3. Der Netzstecker dient als Trennvorrichtung. Achten Sie darauf, dass
der Netzstecker immer gut zugänglich und erreichbar ist. Beachten
Sie, dass das Gerät unter Strom steht, solange der Netzstecker mit
einer Steckdose verbunden ist. Nur der Netzstecker kann das Gerät
vollständig vom Stromnetz trennen.
4. Als zusätzlicher Schutz wird die Installation einer FehlerstromSchutzeinrichtung (FI/RCD) mit einem Bemessungsauslösestrom von
nicht mehr als 30 mA im Badezimmer-Stromkreis empfohlen. Fragen
Sie Ihren Installateur um Rat.
5. Verhindern Sie eine Beschädigung des Netzkabels durch Quetschen,
Knicken oder Scheuern an scharfen Kanten und halten Sie es von
heißen Oberflächen und offenen Flammen fern.
6. Achten Sie auch darauf, dass man das Gerät nicht am Kabel
herunterziehen kann. Legen Sie das Kabel so, dass man nicht darüber
stolpern kann.
7. Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker bei Nichtgebrauch, bei Gewitter, bei
Störungen und vor jeder Reinigung aus der Steckdose.

2.3 Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
1. Das Gerät ist ausschließlich zum Trocknen und Stylen von
menschlichem Haupthaar bestimmt. Es darf nicht zum Trocknen von
Perücken und Toupets aus synthetischem Material, Kleidung, anderen
Gegenständen oder Tierhaaren verwendet werden.
2. Dieses Gerät ist nur für die Nutzung im Haushalt konzipiert. Es ist
nicht für kommerziellen Gebrauch geeignet.
3. Verwenden Sie dieses Gerät nur wie in der Bedienungsanleitung
beschrieben. Jeglicher andere Gebrauch kann zu Schäden am Gerät
oder Verletzungen führen.

Entnehmen Sie das Gerät und Zubehör vorsichtig aus der Verpackung.
Überprüfen Sie den Verpackungsinhalt auf Vollständigkeit und Beschädigungen. Sollte der
Verpackungsinhalt unvollständig oder Beschädigungen feststellbar sein, nehmen Sie das
Gerät nicht in Betrieb. Bringen Sie es umgehend zum Händler zurück.
Falls Sie Verpackungsmaterial entsorgen wollen, halten Sie sich an die gesetzlichen
Bestimmungen.
Bewahren Sie das Verpackungsmaterial auf, wenn Sie das Gerät damit verpacken,
verschicken oder anderweitig transportieren wollen. Lagern Sie es so, dass es kein
Gefährdungspotential darstellt.

Um nach Trocknen bzw. Stylen Ihrer Haare die Frisur zu festigen, drücken Sie bei
eingeschaltetem Gerät zusätzlich die Taste Cool Shot
(7). Der Luftstrom wird
unabhängig von der eingestellten Temperatur kühl.
Sobald Sie die Taste Cool Shot (7) loslassen, stellt sich die zuvor gewählte Temperatur
wieder ein.
4.6 Aufsätze
4.6.1 Stylingdüse
Verwenden Sie die Stylingdüse (10) zum gezielten Stylen. Die Stylingdüse (10) kann gedreht
werden, um nach Bedarf den Luftstrom anzupassen.

Verwenden Sie den Diffusor (8) zum Trocken von lockigen Haaren. Sie können den Diffusor (8)
auch verwenden, um den Haaren mehr Volumen zu verleihen.
Verwenden Sie bei Bedarf die Kaltluft Funktion.
Schalten Sie nach Gebrauch das Gerät aus und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker (4) aus der
Steckdose.
5. Reinigung und Pflege
5.1 Reinigung

WARNUNG - Berühren Sie das Haar beim Stylen nicht mit dem Aufsatz.

Trocknen Sie Ihr Haar.
Ziehen Sie vor jeder Reinigung den Netzstecker (4) aus der Steckdose und lassen Sie das
Gerät vollständig abkühlen.
WARNUNG - Stromschlaggefahr! Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals in Wasser oder
andere Flüssigkeiten. Halten Sie das Gerät niemals unter fließendes Wasser.

Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung keinesfalls Lösungs- und Scheuermittel, harte Bürsten,
metallische oder scharfe Gegenstände. Lösungsmittel sind gesundheitsschädlich und
greifen die Plastikteile an, scheuernde Reiniger und Hilfsmittel zerkratzen die Oberfläche.
Reinigen Sie das Gerätegehäuse mit einem leicht angefeuchteten Tuch. Trocknen Sie das
Gerätegehäuse anschließend ab.

Drücken Sei den Aufsatz in den Luftauslass (9), bis er einrastet.

4.7 Gerät verwenden
WARNUNG - Achten Sie besonders bei langen Haaren darauf, dass diese während
des Trocknens nicht in das Lufteintrittsgitter (1) eingesaugt werden.
Hinweis: Sie können das Gerät mit oder ohne Aufsatz verwenden.

Setzen Sie den gewünschten Aufsatz auf das Gerät.
Stellen Sie die gewünschte Temperatur und Geschwindigkeit ein.

Ziehen Sie vor der Abnahme des Lufteintrittsgitters (1) den Netzstecker (4) aus der
Steckdose und lassen Sie das Gerät vollständing abkühlen.
Drehen Sie das Lufteintrittsgitter (1) gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, um es vom Gerät zu
nehmen.
Entfernen Sie Haare und Staub vom Gitter.
Stetzen Sie das Lufteintrittsgitter (1) wieder aus das Gerät auf und drehen Sie es im
Uhrzeigersinn bis es fühlbar einrastet.
WARNUNG - Verwenden Sie das Gerät nie ohne Lufteintrittsgitter (1).

seiner Originalverpackung. Alternativ können Sie das Gerät auch mit der Aufhängöse
(3) an einer geeigneten Vorrichtung aufhängen.

Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät während des Transports nicht herunterfallen oder
umfallen kann.
Schützen Sie das Gerät vor Schlägen und Vibrationen, vor allem beim Transport in
Fahrzeugen.

Das Gerät funktioniert nicht:

Verbinden Sie das Gerät mit dem Stromnetz.

Überprüfen Sie die Funktion der Steckdose mit einem anderen Gerät.

Ist der Kippschalter Geschwindigkeit auf einer anderen Position als 0?
Stellen Sie den Kippschalter Geschwindigkeit auf eine Position anders als 0.
Hinweis: Wenden Sie sich an unseren Kundendienst, wenn das Gerät nach dem
Überprüfen der obigen Punkte immer noch nicht funktionieren sollte. Versuchen Sie
auf keinen Fall selbst, das Gerät zu reparieren.

Es liegt im Ermessen von VIVESS, ob die Garantie durch Austausch des Gerätes bzw.
des defekten Teiles oder Gutschrift erfüllt wird. Weitere Ansprüche sind ausgeschlossen.

Kassenbeleg. Weiterhin muss die Seriennummer am Gerät lesbar sein. Ohne Kaufnachweis
können wir leider keine kostenlosen Garantieleistungen erbringen. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, die
Originalverpackung aufzubewahren, um im Garantiefall einen sicheren Transport des Gerätes zu
gewährleisten.
6. Entsorgung
Korrekte Entsorgung dieses Produktes:Diese Kennzeichnung weist darauf hin, dass
Elektrogeräte in der EU nicht mit dem normalen Haushaltsmüll entsorgt werden
dürfen. Benutzen Sie bitte die Rückgabe- und Sammelsysteme in Ihrer Gemeinde oder
wenden Sie sich an den Händler, bei dem das Produkt gekauft wurde.

Garantie-Reparaturen dürfen ausschließlich von der tcs technical customer solutions GmbH &
Co. KG oder von dieser autorisierten Vertragswerkstätten ausgeführt werden. Bei Reparaturen,
die selbst oder von anderen Werkstätten ausgeführt werden, entfällt jeglicher Garantieanspruch
und es besteht kein Anspruch auf Kostenerstattung.
Kein Garantieanspruch besteht:
bei unsachgemäßer Behandlung
bei mechanischer Beschädigung des Gerätes von außen
bei Transportschäden
für Verschleißteile
bei Bedienungsfehlern und zweckfremder Benutzung
bei Aufstellung des Gerätes in Feuchträumen oder im Freien
bei Schäden, die auf höhere Gewalt, Krieg, Wasser, Blitzschlag,
Überspannung und andere von VIVESS nicht zu verantwortende Gründe
zurückzuführen sind
bei übermäßiger Nutzung, insbesondere bei anderer als privater Nutzung
bei Missachtung der Bedienungsanleitung und Installationsfehlern
wenn das Gerät keinen technischen Defekt aufweist
für Transport- und Fahrtkosten sowie durch Auf- und Abbau des Gerätes
entstandene Kosten
Die Garantie umfasst keine weitergehende Haftung unsererseits, insbesondere keine Haftung
für Schäden, die nicht am Gerät selbst entstanden sind oder die durch den Ausfall des Gerätes
bis zur Instandsetzung entstehen (z. B. Wegekosten, Handlingkosten, etc.). Hierdurch wird
jedoch unsere gesetzliche Haftung, insbesondere nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz, nicht
eingeschränkt oder ausgeschlossen.
Von uns erbrachte Garantieleistungen verlängern die Garantiefrist von 3 Jahren ab Kaufdatum
nicht, auch nicht hinsichtlich eventuell ausgetauschter Komponenten.

3. Only use the appliance for the intended use. Improper use can cause
hazards. If you do not use the appliance for its intended purpose or
improperly, no liability will be accepted for resulting damages.
4. The use of accessories and appliance parts, which are not
recommended by the supplier, can cause injuries and damages and
voids the warranty.

moisture (do not immerse in liquids) and sharp corners.
9. During cleaning, do not immerse the appliance or power cord in
water or any other liquids.

appliance yourself. Please return the appliance to the retailer or
a qualified customer service centre for maintenance and repairs.

2.2 Mains connection
1. The voltage indicated on the type plate of the appliance must
correspond with the mains voltage.
2. If the appliance is used in a bathroom, unplug it after use since the
proximity of water presents a hazard even when the appliance is
switched off.
3. The mains plug is used as a disconnecting device. Ensure that the
mains plug is always easily accessible. Please note, the appliance
is under current as long as the mains plug is connected to a mains
socket. Only the mains plug can disconnect the appliance from the
mains completely.
4. For additional protection, the installation of a residual current device
(RCD) having a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA
is advisable in the electrical circuit supplying the bathroom. Ask your
installer for advice.
5. Avoid damaging the power cord by squashing, bending or contact
with sharp edges and keep it away from hot surfaces and open flames.
6. Ensure that the appliance cannot be pulled down by its power cord.
Place the power cord, so nobody can trip over it.
7. Unplug the mains plug from the mains socket, when not in use,
during thunderstorms, when there are malfunctions and before every
cleaning.
8. In case the appliance malfunctions due to an electrostatic discharge
or electrical spikes, disconnect the appliance from the mains. Wait
one minute and plug the mains plug back into the mains socket. Turn
the appliance back on in order to return to normal operation.
9. Only unplug the power cord by pulling the mains plug itself, do not
pull the power cord.

1. This appliance is to be used exclusively for drying and styling of
human hair. It must not be used to dry wigs or hairpieces made of
synthetic material, clothing, other objects or animal hair.
2. This appliance is only designed for domestic use. It is not suitable for
commercial use.

Carefully remove the appliance and the accessories from the packaging.
Check package contents for completeness and damage. Do not operate the appliance if
package content is incomplete or appear damaged. Return it immediately to the retailer.
Dispose of packaging material in accordance with legal provisions.
Store the packaging material if you want to use it to pack, ship or transport the appliance.
Store it in such a way that it cannot cause harm.
WARNING - Risk of suffocation! Packaging materials are not toys. Plastic bags, foils
and Styrofoam parts can suffocate children. Always keep all packaging materials away

4.6.1 Styling nozzle
Use the styling nozzle (10) for targeted styling. The styling nozzle (10) can be rotated to adjust

Use the diffuser (8) for drying curly hair. You can also use the diffuser (8) to give hair more
volume.

To fix your hairstyle after drying or styling, press the button cool-shot (7) while the
appliance is switched on. The airflow will be cooled, independent from the current
temperature setting.
To attach, align the attachment with the air outlet (9).
Press the attachment into the air outlet (9) until it locks in place.
To remove, pull the attachment away from the air outlet (9).

WARNING - Pay close attention to long hair so that it does not get sucked into the
air inlet filter (1) during drying.

Note: Always store the appliance in clean and dry conditions. Store the appliance
in a dry, clean place, inaccessible to children, preferably in its original packaging.
Alternatively, you can hang the appliance using its hanging loop (3) on a suitable
location.

appliance to cool down completely.

other liquids. Do not hold the appliance under running water.

Never use solvents or abrasive cleaners, hard brushes, metallic or sharp objects when
cleaning. Solvents are harmful and can damage plastics, abrasive cleaners and aids can
scratch surfaces.
Clean the appliance housing using a slightly damp cloth. Afterwards dry the appliance

Prior to removing the air inlet filter (1), remove the mains plug (4) from the mains socket
and allow the appliance to cool down completely.
Turn the air inlet filter (1) counterclockwise to remove it from the appliance.
Remove any hair and dust from the filter.
Place the air inlet filter (1) back on the appliance and trun it clockwise until you feel it lock
in place.
WARNING - Never use the appliance without the air inlet filter (1).
Clean the appliance as described in paragraph 5.1 Cleaning.

Ensure that the appliance cannot fall down or tumble during transport.
Protect the appliance from impact and vibrations, especially when transporting it in
vehicles.

yourself.

It is within VIVESS discretion to fulfil the warranty by repair or replacement
of the appliance or defect component. Other claims are excluded. In case of
questions regarding VIVESS products you no longer need to take the time to go
to the seller but may call our service hotline or service centre directly. A team of
highly qualified product consultants and technicians is available

Our service partner requires proof of purchase, either as original receipt or cash

the appliance must also be readable. We are unable to perform warranty services
free of charge without proof of purchase. We recommend keeping the original
packaging in order to ensure safe transport of the appliance in case of a warranty
claim.
The warranty is void or does not cover:

in case of mechanical damages to the appliance from outside
forces
in case of transportation damages
for wear parts
in case of operating errors and misuse
when placing the appliance in wet rooms or outdoors
in case of damages resulting from force, war, water, lightning,
excess voltage, and other reasons not within the scope of VIVESS
responsibility.

this does not limit or exclude our statutory warranty, in particular pursuant to
the Product Liability Act.
Any warranty services provided by us do not extend the warranty term of 3 years
as of the date of purchase, also not in terms of possibly exchanged components.
