要旨：リーダ不足が嘆かれる昨今の IT 業界において、弊社も例外なく、リーダという人
材を渇望している状況と認識している。では、そのリーダとは、どのような役割を担う立
場なのか。育成・指導する側は、指導される側にリーダ像を伝えきれているのだろうか。
本論文では、経験を通したリーダ像の見解を記載する。
