Stalls
A category (5.4 m x 3.6 m)
B category (3.6 m x 3.6 m)
JPY 125,000 (for 02 days)
JPY 100,000 (for 02 days)
Above rates are inclusive of booth construction fee, 1 table
(1800mmx450mmx700mm), 1 table cloth, two chairs, one florescent bulb and
1500w electric outlet.

Exhibitors should bear the cost of additional furniture, equipments etc. ordered by
them to their stalls.
*
Restaurants and food stalls holders should bear the cost of water supply and
garbage collection in general. However, disposal of glass bottles of the stall
holders who sell beer, liquor and other beverages in glass -bottles should dispose
the empty glass- bottles by themselves.
Important: Beer and hard liquor should be served only in paper or plastic cups.

The order form and prices list of additional furniture & equipments, health
guidelines etc. will be sent by the Embssy to the exhibitors after they reserve stalls.

Stall holders should pay total participation fees before 22nd of August, 2016
(payment notification/ invoice will be sent to each participant after receiving their
order form for extra furniture)

上記どちらのブースにも、テーブル 1 台（1.8 メートル X 0.45 メートル X 0.7 メートル）、
テーブルクロス１枚、椅子２脚、蛍光灯１個および 1500 ワットのコンセントの設置費用
が含まれています。
各出展ブースで追加注文した家具、付属品、備品等の費用は、別途、各出展者側でご負
担いただきます。
また、レストランや食品の出展者は、水道の費用、ゴミ収集の費用をご負担いただきま
す。ただし、ガラス製のびんに入ったビール、酒類その他の飲み物を販売される出展者
は、空のガラス瓶をご自分で処理するようお願い申し上げます。
重要：
ビール、酒類は、紙コップのみで販売することができます。
出展予約が完了後、追加備品の注文書、値段表、保健所のガイドライン、その他を、各
出展者あてに、大使館よりお送りいたします。
出展者は、参加費用全額の支払いを、2016 年 8 月 22 日までに完了するようにお願いいた
します（お支払いのお知らせと請求書は、追加備品の注文書を受領後に各出展者に送付
いたします）。
出展申し込みの締め切りは、2016 年 7 月 15 日です。
申請書は、記入後、スリランカ大使館商務部宛にメール（[email protected]）に
てお送りください。
