How to use the bath
(お風呂の入り方)
1. Take off your clothes in the changing room and put them in a locker
or basket.
脱衣所で服を脱ぎ、カゴやロッカーにしまいます。
2. Enter the bathroom with just a small towel.
ハンドタオルだけを持って浴場に入ります。
3. Before getting in the bathtub, rinse your body with hot water to remove dirt.
湯船につかる前に全身をお湯で流し、汚れを落とします。
4. Get in the bathtub and relax! But please do not put your towel into the water.
湯船につかってリラックスしましょう。湯船にはタオルを入れないでください。
5. After your body is warm, get out of the bathtub and wash your body
using the faucet.
体が温まったら、洗い場で体を洗い流します。
6. Rinse off any soap and shampoo. Then get in the bathtub again.
体を洗い、石鹸やシャンプーをよく洗い流したら、さらにまたゆっくりつかりましょう。
7. Dry your body with your small towel before you return to
the changing room.
脱衣所に戻る前に、浴場内で体をタオルで拭いてください。
