開催の背景／ Background
・Regional Leaders Meeting 開催の背景について説明します。
We would like to explain about the reasons for holding RLM
Chapter Leaders Meeting(CLM)を開催しましたが、
チャプターの皆さんから下記のようなフィードバックをいただきました。
・大人数のため、議論がしにくかった
・ボードとチャプターリーダーの議論ができる時間がなかった
上記の課題を解消するために、少数のチャプター代表者とボードの代表者で集まる
会議/Regional Leaders Meeting（ＲＬＭ）を開催したいと思います。
During the Chapter Leaders Meeting (CLM) we have received some
feedbacks from the Chapter members as below:
• Due to the large number of meeting participants, it was difficult to give
out opinions and arguments.
• There was no time for the Board and Chapter Leaders to have interactive
discussions.
As to solve the problems above, we came up with the idea of holding
smaller meetings in which the representatives of Chapters and Board would
gather and discuss various topics.

JRLM(Japan Regional Leaders Meeting)
→関東、関西、中部、中四国、福岡、大分
○RLM→韓国、台湾、上海、北京
開催場所
開催場所はユニット毎に決定する。
開催形態
・会議はボードが主催する。
・議題：
●時間全体の1/3をボードから提示。
（チャプターマニュアルや予算方針など）
●時間全体の2/3はチャプターの意見を聞き設
定
進行役としてボードから1名が
出席する。
備考
・毎年、RLM幹事チャプターを決定。
・ボードと幹事チャプターが共同で準備を進める。
・幹事チャプターには会議場所の選定などを依頼。
・RLM開催会場への交通宿泊費は校友会にて負担。
RLM幹事チャプターについて。
→初年度はボードからの指名、
2016年度以降はRLMの場で決
定。

Make adjustment in every unit.
Unit
Compose units in regions and neighbor countries.
e.g.
JRLM(Japan Regional Leaders Meeting)
 Kanto, Kansai, Chubu, Chushikoku, Fukuoka, Oita
○RLM→Korea, Taiwan, Shanghai, Beijing
We are still considering about naming
and size of each Unit.
We would take the opinions from
concerned Chapters into consideration
and compose the units.
Place
Place would be decided by each Unit.
Format
•

Board would host the meeting.
Topic for discussion:
●Board will provide the topics for the 1 /3 of the entire
meeting time. (Chapter manual or budget policy etc.)
●The rest 2/3 time would be used for receiving feedbacks
from Chapters.
One person from Board would be at the
meeting as the facilitator.
Remarks
・Every year, a RLM hosting chapter would be chosen.
・Board and hosting chapter would jointly prepare for the
meeting.
・Chapter secretary would be in charge of finding place to hold
the meeting.
・Alumni Association would be responsible for the
transportation and lodging expense.
About RLM hosting chapter
 The first host would be assigned by
Board, from 2016 (fiscal year) decision
would be made in the RLM meeting.
