This scholarship will be awarded to the first year students who enter IPS by the recommendation of IPS’s overseas partner universities in principal. The granting or non-granting of this scholarship will be announced at the same time of the announcement of the entrance examination results. Waseda University Special Scholarship for Young Doctoral Programme Students 早稲田大学若手研究者特別奨学金 JPY 600,000 / year From April 2009, Waseda University will provide all the doctoral programme students who are under 30 years old with special scholarship . The maximum duration of the scholarship is 3 years. The details will be announced soon. CSC Scholarship （中国政府国家建設高水平大学公派研究生項目） For the academic year 2009, Waseda University IPS will accept students who will be on this scholarship programme into its doctoral programme. IPS will accept the students who wish to become regular students of its doctoral programme. Unfortunately, IPS cannot accept any students who wish to become research students. Please consult with professors / officers in charge at your home university if you are interested in this programme.
