區間使用。

銷售對象
 只適用限持非中華民國護照者，且先
委由高鐵票務經銷商之海外服務據
點進行販售。

客可憑護照與高鐵周遊券於高鐵之售
票窗口辦理劃位，限定走人工驗票閘

「高鐵周遊券兌換憑證」中文使用說明
 1. 本「高鐵周遊券兌換憑證」僅作為兌換「高鐵周遊券」使用，無法逕憑本憑證搭車。
 2. 本憑證必須於有效期限內，於台灣高鐵車站售票窗口兌換成「高鐵周遊券」搭車使用。
 3. 兌換時，請同時出示本憑證及護照正本，如無法出示護照正本，或護照身分與兌換憑證
身分不符者，台灣高鐵公司有權拒絕受理兌換。
 4. 兌換時，需請您現場指定「高鐵周遊券」之有效搭乘期間，有效搭乘期間之起始日應為
兌換日起算30日內之任一天，並採連續日期計算，指定後即不再受理變更。
 5. 本憑證如遺失、污損或遭竊時，恕不受理補發、掛失或退款。
 6. 本憑證如未使用，可於有效期限內，向原購買之票務經銷商辦理退款，退款須支付10%
之手續費。
 7. 本憑證一旦兌換成「高鐵周遊券」後，恕不受理任何形式之變更退票。
 8. 兌換憑證孩童券限6歲以上，未滿12歲之孩童兌換高鐵周遊券孩童券。兌換時，需出示護
照以供確認，如不符孩童資格者，恕不受理兌換。
 9. 本規則未盡事項，請上網www.thsrc.com.tw查詢，或電洽海外經銷旅行社。如您已蒞臨

Exchange Order for Taiwan High Speed Rail Pass









1. The Exchange Order for a THSR PASS can only be used for the purpose of exchanging for a THSR
PASS; it cannot be used for boarding the trains.
2. The Exchange Order for a THSR PASS must be used within the valid period to exchange for a PASS
at station ticket windows.
3. Please present the Exchange Order and your Passport when exchanging. If the original copy of your
Passport cannot be presented, or if the Passport identity is different to that of the Exchange Order,
THSR reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
4. The valid period of the PASS should be specified when exchanging; it is calculated based on the
consecutive accumulation of days from the starting date, within 30 days from the date the PASS was
issued; once the starting date is set, it cannot be changed.
5. Should the Exchange Order be lost, damaged or stolen, no reissuance, application for loss or refund
will be accepted.
6. Refund is only available if the Exchange Order has not been used and is within the valid period.
Refund process can only be handled from the original issuing office and a 10% fee will be applied to
each refund.
7. Once the Exchange Order is exchanged for a THSR PASS, no form of change or return will be
accepted.
8. The Exchange Order for Children is suitable for children from age 6 to and including age 11. Please
present the Passport when exchanging; if disqualified, THSR reserve the right to refuse the exchange.

高鉄パス引換証について









1. この「高鉄パス引換証」は、ジョイントパスの引き換えにのみお使いいただけるもので、乗車はで
きません。
2. 「高鉄パス引換証」は有効期間内に、高鉄駅の券売窓口で「高鉄パス」にお引き換えください。
3. 引き換えの際には、引換証とパスポート原本を提示してください。パスポート原本が提示できない
場合、または引換証とパスポートの照合ができない場合、台湾高鉄公司は引き換えを拒否する権利を
有します。
4. 引き換え時に「高鉄パス」の利用の有効期間を指定してください。有効期間は連続した期間とし、
一旦指定した利用開始日を変更することはできません。利用開始日は「高鉄パス」の交付を受けた日
から30日以内のお好きな日が選べます。
5. 引換証の紛失・汚損・盗難について、再発行・紛失届・払い戻しなどは一切お受けできません。
6. 引換証は未使用の場合に限り、有効期間内において、購入店で払い戻しを受けることができます。
払い戻しの際、10％の取扱手数料を申し受けます。
7. 引換証が「高鉄パス」と引き換えられた後は、払い戻しや返品は一切お受けできません。
8. 「高鉄パス」の子供料金は6歳から11歳までの児童に適用されます。子供のジョイントパスを引き
換える際は、パスポートの提示が必要です。条件が満たされていない場合、台湾高鉄公司は引き換え
を拒否することがあります。
9. 本規則に記載されていない事項については、Webサイトwww.thsrc.com.tw を参照してください。あ
