企画趣旨
昨年来、欧州を揺るがしている難民危機は、関連する地域に構造的な変化を引き起こしてい
ます。本ワークショップでは、危機の中心である中東とバルカンに焦点を当て、難民流出の
主原因である地域紛争の拡大に武器貿易・密航斡旋ネットワークが与えた影響と難民危機を
契機に変化する地域政治のメカニズムを検討します。

Message
Since last year, European countries have been struggling with the massive influx of refugees &
migrants. It is also causing a structural change in the politics and society in the affected regions. Our
workshop sheds light on the interaction between the regional conflict and the network of arms
transfer and human trafficking, as well as the changes in the regional political structure brought
about by the crisis.
