Das öffentliche Strandbad ist Teil des Festivalgeländes. Jeder Festivalbesucher
hat die Möglichkeit ein Bad im wunderschönen Wörthersee zu nehmen. In der
Beachzone finden jede Menge Programme statt, wie zb. Blobbing, Wasserschi &
Paddelwettbewerbe. // The public beach is part of the festival ground. Every visitor of
the festival has the possibility to take a swim in the amazing lake Wörthersee. In the
beach zone there are many activities like blobbing, water ski & paddle-contests.

Die Akkreditierung für die Models befindet sich neben dem Haupteingang im
Registrierungszelt. Die Modelbörse am Vorplatz der Registrierungsstelle ist täglich
von 09:00 bis 10:00 geöffnet, hier können sich auch Besucher einem Künstler als
Model zur Verfügung stellen. //The registration for models is next to the main entrance

PAYCARD
Die Paycard ermöglicht das bargeldlose Bezahlen mit dem Cashless-System und
kann an verschiedenen Punkten aufgeladen werden // With the Paycard you can pay
without any cash with the Cashless-system.You can upload your money on the card on
different places at the festival
PFAND PAYCARD // DEPOSIT PAYCARD
Für die Paycard müssen 3€ hinterlegt werden. Bei der Rückgabe bekommst du 2€
zurück, 1€ wird als Systemgebühr verrechnet und behalten // For your Paycard you
have to give 3€ for deposit. If you give your Paycard back you will get 2€ back, 1€ will
be kept for the service fee

Die Crew von Power-Piercing sind mit ihrem Piercing Studio am Lifestyle Markt

ROTES KREUZ // EMERGENCY
Das Rote Kreuz ist mit seinen Mitarbeitern rund um die Uhr im Gelände
unterwegs.
Für den Notfall stehen 2 Rettungswägen ständig zur Verfügung. // The red cross is
around in Bodypaint City the whole day. For emergency there are always 2 emergency
cars available.
STREET FOOD MARKET
Es befinden sich im Norden (Blue Zone) & im Süden (Green Zone) verschiedenste Gastronomiestände mit einem umfangreichen Speiseangebot (auch sehr vieles

Auf Grund der Registrierkassenpflicht haben wir beschlossen, dass es am World Bodypainting Festival
ein bargeldloses Bezahlsystem gibt!
Bezahlt wird an allen Getränkeständen, sowie fast allen Essensständen mit der WBF PAYCARD. Das
Guthaben kann per Bargeld, Bankomatkarte, Kreditkarte (Visa Card, Master Card) aufgebucht werden.
Diese neue Technologie bietet zahlreiche Vorteile, macht vor allem das Bezahlen am Gelände einfach,
schnell und sicher und verhindert Unmengen an sinnlosen Bons im Gelände.
You can buy all beverages and nearly all food in Bodypaint City only with the WBF PAYCARD.
Your money will be loaded on the WBF PAYCARD via cash, bank card or credit card. This
technology offers many advantages and makes the paying process much easier, faster and offers
more safeness. And it avoids loads of wasted paper. WBF PAYCARD
Du bekommst die WBF PAYCARD an jedem Ticketschalter und den gekennzeichneten Ladestationen.
Jeglicher Zahlungsverkehr in der Gastronomie in Bodypaint City wird über die Karte abgewickelt. Bargeld wird keines angenommen. Ausgenommen sind nur einige wenige Essensstände.
You will get the WBF PAYCARD at every ticket counter and all loading stations.
Every payment in the gastronomy in Bodypaint City is processed via PAYCARD. Cash is not taken.

Hier kannst du deine WBF PAYCARD holen und aufladen lassen. Die Ladestationen sind mit diesem
Symbol gekennzeichnet.
An den bestimmten Stationen (mit diesem Symbol gekennzeichnet) kannst du deine Karte zurückgeben und dir dein Restguthaben und den Pfand auszahlen lassen. Die Rückgabe kann nur bis Montag
04.07.2016 12:00 Uhr erfolgen.
Die Hauptladestation beim Eingang hat Freitag und Samstag von 9:00-01:30, am Sonntag von 09:0004:00 und am Montag von 9:00-12:00 geöffnet.
Den genauen Standort der Stationen findest du am Geländeplan.
Here you will get a WBF PAYCARD and you can load and reload your PAYCARD here.The loading stations are marked with this sign At a few stations (marked with this sign ) you can give back your card and receive your rest money and

The main loading station at the entrance is open on Friday and Saturday from 9.00 am to 1.30 am, on
Sunday from 9.00 am to 4.00 am and on Monday from 9.00 am to 12.00 am.

FIRST UPLOAD – RELOADING | ERSTAUFLADUNG – WIEDERAUFLADEN
Du holst dir eine voraufgeladene Karte (20€ & 50€) – das spart Zeit, oder du kannst dir einen
beliebigen Betrag aufbuchen lassen. Die Mindestaufladung beträgt 10€ und es können nur ganze €
Beträge aufgeladen werden.
You can take a preloaded PAYCARD (20€ & 50€) – this safe time, or you can choose the amount of
you upload by yourself.The minimum amount of each value load is 10€ and you can only load in 1€
steps.
SYSTEM FEE | SYSTEMGEBÜHR
Die Systemgebühr beträgt 3€ (2€ Pfand + 1€ Sysemgebühr) je Karte. Die 2€ Pfand bekommst du
natürlich zurück, 1€ behalten wir für den Service. Die Systemgebühr wird direkt von der Erstaufladung abgezogen. Heißt: Bei 20€ stehen dir 17€ zur Verfügung. (Bei einer Wiederaufladung wird keine
Systemgebühr mehr berechnet)

Du kannst du bei allen Ladestationen und bei unseren Gastro-Mitarbeitern dein aktuelles Guthaben
abrufen.
You can check your balance at every loading station and all bartender.
LOST CARD | KARTE VERLOREN
Bei Verlust deiner Karte kann deine Karte gesperrt werden, sofern du deine Kartennummer weißt. Die
Kartennummer befindet sich auf der Karte.
Danach kannst du dir den Restbetrag der sich auf der verlorenen Karte befindet, auf eine neue Karte
umbuchen lassen. Es werden dann allerdings wieder 3€ (Pfand +Systemgebühr) fällig.
If you lose you PAYCARD you can freeze your card.You only need to know your card number.The card
number is written on the back of the card. Afterwards you can transfer your rest amount of money on a
new PAYCARD In this case you have to pay again 3€ (deposit + system fee) for the new card.
RECIEPE | RECHNUNG
When you give you PAYCARD back, you will get a recipe with all your consummations at the festival.
Bei der Rückgabe der WBF PAYCARD bekommst du einen Beleg mit der Auflistung all deiner Einkäufe. MONEY RETURN | RESTGELD AUSZAHLUNG
Wenn du nicht dein ganzes Guthaben verbraucht hast kannst du es dir an den mit diesem Symbol
gekennzeichneten Stationen auszahlen lassen. Die Rückgabe kann nur bis Montag 04.07.2016 12:00
Uhr erfolgen.
