ただし，平成27年11月以降は，平成27年の国勢調査結果（速報概数値）を基礎にしている。
** 面積は，国土地理院面積調（平成26年10月１日現在）を基礎に積算しているが，北区は一部境界未定のため，参考値を示している。
*** 人口動態については，住民基本台帳に基づく届出数である。

Population and households are calculated by modifying the Census Population based on data from the
Basic Resident Register.
Data beginning November 2015 are based on the Census Population 2015（Provisional Estimates）.

However,for Kita ward, as a part of its border is uncertain, reference value is used.
*** Population Changes are based on the Basic Resident Register.
