Ihre Aufgaben:
Responsible for the BI strategy and program management for all BI topics and
projects at PT worldwide
Consult and cooperate with top business & process leaders regarding new or
changing capabilities, services and issues for BI topics and with the Robert Bosch
internal IT service provider
Worldwide process- and IT governance and standardization within BI area together
with Business Process Owners in each functional area
Drum beat for new and innovative technologies and use cases within PT in the
area of analytics in cooperation with Robert Bosch overall initiatives
Define BI roadmap in alignment with other PT programs (e.g. Digitalization, ERP)
Assure business benefit realization out of BI investments
Ensure efficient resource management within BI Program
Ihr Profil:
University Degree in business economics, business informatics, engineering or
related fields
Several years working experience in process management, IT program / project
lead
Proven track record in Business Intelligence and controlling / analytics
Strong customer orientation and quality mind-set
Active, open and motivating personality
Leadership experience and managerial skills
Experience in organizational integration and change management
Proven ability to work in a complex global matrix organization
Good English language skills
Travel intensity: approx. 30 %
