Zur Unterstützung in einem grösseren Finanz Konsolidierungs-Projekt und IT Projekt (Wechsel
Konsolidierungssoftware) suchen wir eine motivierte und aufgestellte Person für die Monate Juli bis
November. IT Affinität und sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse sind wichtige Voraussetzungen. Ferner ist ein
gewisses Grundverständnis für Finanzen von Vorteil.
Das Arbeitspensum sowie die Arbeitszeiten können noch vereinbart und weitgehend flexibel gestaltet
werden.

Project Description
Our CLIENT uses an old system as consolidation and reporting tool, Retrieve Excel to view reports and
loads data into the system. The old System is not supported anymore. The CLIENT is evaluating to
replace its current reporting and consolidation system with a new group consolidation and reporting
system.
This proposal contains an offer to implement the new and more sophisticated solution called Oracle
Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) for legal consolidation and management reporting. Within
HFM there is Oracle Hyperion Financial Reports (FR) and Smart View (HSV) and both tools shall be
used to fulfill the reporting needs.
Additionally Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management (FDMEE) can be used to do the mapping
and the loading of data from the accounting systems.
Basic planning and budgeting functionality will also be implemented in the course of the project.
There is also an additional tool called Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HPBCS) and can be used for
detailed planning purposes. Oracle Business Intelligence is a dashboard or cockpit solution for
reporting purposes.
THE CLIENT will define the new requirements of the new system. 4solutions has already given some
input and examples of how to use HFM and FDMEE.
THE CLIENT will deliver a list of requirements and will explain the old application and especially the
new needs of the new future reporting system.
The new application will be designed and implemented based on the new requirements of the
CLIENT and the new solution has to be integrated and synchronized with the existing ledgers. The
controllers and IT staff of THE CLIENT will maintain the system by themselves in the future and
therefore knowledge transfer from the consultants to the the CLIENT staff has to be assured.
The first phase of the implementation will essentially cover the functionality of the current Hyperion
Enterprise application. During the design of the new application a strong focus will be put on using
HFM in the optimal way with regards to the current functionality. Also future extensions of the
application will be strongly considered during the design with the perspective that such functionality
might be added at a later stage.
The project is planned to start in July 2016 and the rollout is planned for November 2016.
The time table has still to be discussed and agreed upon. We are looking for a motivated assistant,
who can help us implement the system.
