本体に装着するパイプは、長さ 270m以上を有すること。

Reel Pipe shall be over 270m in length.
3)
自走式リール巻取散水機のパイプ巻取り動力は、水流タービンと油圧巻取りの兼用
型等とする。

Self-propelled Reel Irrigator' s pipe winding shall be driven by Water Turbine system and
also Hydraulic motor system(convertible) or other similar function installed with this Irrigator.
4)
散水制御は、コンピュータが標準装備され、各調整等をパネル操作で行い、使用状
況を日本語で表示確認できること。（巻取り速度調整・巻取り自動補正・異常巻取
り停止・パイプ長さ表示・散水終了時間・各センサーの機能点検）

The irrigation control should be done with an irrigation computer as the standard option and
the working conditions should be displayed with Japanese language. (Rewinding speed,
Rewinding adjustment, Stop on troubles, Remained pipe length, Time of estimated finishing
of the working and others.)

自走式リール巻取散水機の最高使用圧力は 1.0MPa以上とする。

Self-propelled reel Irrigator' s maximum working pressure shall be over 1.0MPa.
6)
散水終了時の通水停止には、停止弁をゆっくり締めウォーターハンマーによる影響
を与えない水撃防止機能があること。

The unit should have an device for Anti-water hammer with slow closing valve(s).
7)
散水時にほ場の傾斜地において、均一散水が保持され常に補正される機能を有する
こと。

It should have a function for the adjustment on the slope so that it can keep even density
of the irrigation.
8)
リールドラムは、溶融亜鉛メッキ等を施し、本体上どの方向にも自在に回転が可能
で、本体を固定できるサポートレックを有すること。

The drum on the frame should be treated with the hot-dip galvanization and so on and should have
turntable to any direction. The frame should equip support legs to fix the unit on the ground.

台車は畦間に合わせた調整が出来ることとし溶融亜鉛メッキ等の施用を有している
こと。

The cart for Raingun should be galvanized and so on it should be adjustable for the width of
plant rows.

トラクターＰＴＯ（パワーテイクオフ）にて散水ホースの急速巻取りが可能なこと。

The unit should equip a quick rewinding device by mean of PTO of a tractor.

本体はディーゼルエンジンを搭載し、ほ場内を４輪で自走移動できる機能を有する
ものとし、防蝕のため溶融亜鉛メッキ等を施すこと。

The unit should be a type of self-propelled with four wheels driven by a diesel engine for
the moving in the fields and be galvanized and so on.
12)
自走式リール巻取散水機には、車幅灯、方向指示器が装備され、トラクターと接続
して、ほ場間移動が可能なこと。

Self-propelled reel irrigator shall be equipped with Side lamp and traffic indicator.
This Irrigator shall be traveled by Tractor towing also from field to field.
13)
本体駆動部は、安全カバーを有すること。

自走式リール巻取散水機と高圧送水ホース（呼び径 φ75）の雄が接続可能なこと。

The unit should have equipment(s) to be connected with High-Pressure hose.

機械側面に「H28 農業水利施設保全合理化事業第２兵村地区 4F No,1～１1 」と
記入する。

合成ゴム製　耐圧1.6MPa　町野接続金具付
Synthetic rubber. Pressure 1.6MPa or more . Machino bracket connection.

Diameter 75mm . Length 20ｍ
1)
呼び口径75mmで、１本当り20ｍ以上の長さを有すること。
1)
Diameter is assumed to be 75mm. And Length is assumed to be 20m or more.
2)
最高使用圧力 1.6MPa以上の内水圧に耐えられること。
2)
It should be available for the maximum inside pressure of 1.6MPa.
3)
ホース内外面の材質は、耐摩耗性の高い合成ゴム製とする。

Hose should be made of abrasion-resisted synthetic rubber.
4)
給水栓径75mmに接続が可能なジョイントとし、１本に雄・雌が付いていること。

It should have male and female coupling which connect with water tap Ф75.
