LEISTUNGSSPEKTRUM
- Vollisolator, damit wesentlich höhere elektrische Isolation als Stahlträger (DIN EN 50122-1 fordert doppelte Isolation bei Stromschienenträgern)
- Langglasfaserverstärktes Duroplastmaterial verleiht dem Träger eine außerordentliche mechanische Stabilität, so dass er auch nach Überlastung noch einer begrenzten Belastung Stand halten kann (kein schlagartiges Bauteilversagen wie bei Porzellan- oder Gießharzisolatoren)
- Hohe dynamische Stabilität, da erfolgreicher Einsatz auf stark frequentierten Strecken, z.B. in Berlin mit 1,5 Minuten Taktfrequenz (mehr als 100 000 Isolatoren im Einsatz)
- Exzellentes Langzeitverhalten (z.B. Einsatz in München seit 1975)
- Langjährig in verschiedensten Klimazonen weltweit bewährt, z.B.

Einbausituation
- Ausgleich von Bautoleranzen bzw. die Anpassung an verschiedene Einbauzustände, z.B. unterschiedliche Schwellentypen oder Fahrschienen, durch höhenverstellbare Träger
- Horizontale Verstellbarkeit, zum Toleranzausgleich oder in Kurven, durch Langlöcher
- Anpassung an zahlreiche Einbausituationen / Lichtraumprofil (Fußlänge und/oder Höhenbereiche) durch
modulares Werkzeugkonzept
- Spezifische Anpassung an Stromschienenmaterial (Alu oder Stahl) mit jeweils unterschiedlichen Oberflächen und Härten über die Gleiteinsätze
- Für von unten, seitlich oder oben bestrichene Stromschiene

- Elektr. Durchschlagsfestigkeit (IEC 60243-1): Mind. 10 kV/mm (3 mm Prüfling)
- Wärmeformbeständigkeit (ISO 75, Verf. A): > 190 °C
- Biegefestigkeit (ISO 14125): Mind. 120 N/mm²
- Schlagzähigkeit (EN ISO 179): Mind. 70 kJ/m²
- Selbstverlöschend gemäß ASTM D 635 (Brenngeschwindigkeit Null)
- Rauchgastoxizität (NF F 16-101): Klasse F1
- UV-beständig, wetterfest (keine zusätzlichen Anstriche oder Beschichtungen erforderlich)
- Beständig gegen in U-Bahnanlagen anfallende Chemikalien
- Frei von Schwermetallen (Blei, Cadmium, …)
- Elektrischer Widerstandswert deutlich höher als durch gängige Spezifikationen gefordert
