This talk will focus on our recent progress in design, synthesis and applications of microcrystalline 2D COFs as well as single- or few-layer 2D COF thin films through dynamic covalent chemistry. A challenging target, 2D covalent organic monolayer was synthesized from simple aromatic amine and aldehyde building blocks through the Langmuir–Blodgett method.
