Ausbildungsinitiative Südeuropa – Maßnahmen für eine
erfolgreiche Integration spanischer Azubis in Deutschland
Das Vermitteln der Sprachkenntnisse ist zentral, um den Lernstoff zu
bewältigen, aber auch für eine erfolgreiche Integration. Eine
interkulturelle Vorbereitung und die kontinuierliche Begleitung durch
qualifizierte Ausbilder sind Voraussetzungen für eine erfolgreiche
Ausbildung im Ausland. Für das Engagement gegen
Jugendarbeitslosigkeit in Südeuropa stellt Bosch in Summe 175
zusätzliche Ausbildungsplätze und rund 14 Millionen Euro bereit.
Southern Europe apprenticeship initiative – factors for the
successful integration of foreign apprentices in Germany
Teaching language skills is pivotal to learning and to successful
integration. Intercultural training and constant supervision by qualified
trainers are the key to successful occupational training abroad. In total,
Bosch is making a total of 175 additional apprenticeships and around 14
million euros available to combat youth unemployment in southern
Europe.
