李香蘭研究の新視角 ― 米国公文書館「山口淑子ファイル」の検証から

本論文は米国公文書館所蔵「山口淑子ファイル」の分析を主とし、アジア歴史資料セン
ターの関連資料を援用した、山口淑子（李香蘭）についての研究成果である。
MIS（米国陸軍情報部）の IRR 個人ファイル（Investigative Records Repository、
Personal Name files）に収められた「山口淑子ファイル」には 1947 年から 1968 年までに
収集された情報が含まれる。GHQ 占領期を中心に相当の期間、山口淑子と家族との中国・
ソ連、および CIC 情報将校との関係に深い関心が払われていた。
本論文は、映画研究に加えて intelligence 研究の方法を用いた学際的かつ国際的な山口淑
子研究である。従来の山口淑子の伝記研究の空白を埋めるだけではなく、山口淑子のアイ
デンティティー研究、日本・中国・ソ連・アメリカの国際的な情報戦における山口淑子の
位置付けについても新たな仮説を提示している。
A New View of Li Xianglan (Lee Koran) Study According to the Verification of the
"Yoshiko Yamaguchi file" in NARA

This paper is mainly an analysis of the NARA(National Archives and Records
Administration) holdings "Yoshiko Yamaguchi file"(1947-1968).
The "Yoshiko
Yamaguchi file" is located in the IRR personal files (Investigative Records Repository,
Personal Name files) of the MIS( US Army information section ) .
This paper is an interdisciplinary and international study on Yoshiko Yamaguchi
using a method of intelligence studies as well as movie studies. I fill in the blanks of the
preceding biography study and show a new hypothesis about Yoshiko Yamaguchi's
position on International intelligence strategy between Japan, China, the Soviet Union
and United States.
