CNC milling & HSC milling
Compared to the conventional milling
process, feed and cutting speed are 5 to 10
times higher with HSC milling. With a spindle
capacity of 40,000 rpm it is possible to
considerably reduce primary processing times
for processes which require intensive
machining while offering a very high surface
quality.
Short cycle times:
- are achieved by using a flexible production
line consisting of a HSC milling machine in
combination with a System 3R workmaster
with room for 101 pallets of different sizes

turning and cylindrical grinding processes. We
offer turned products with very small to very
large diameters always meeting the closest
tolerances. Our permanent service also
includes cylindrical grinding. A wide range of
