Was sind meine Aufgaben?
strategische, taktische und operative Planung von Online Marketing Kampagnen
Umsetzung und Optimierung von Display-, Paid Search-, Social Media- und/oder RTA-Kampagnen
Reporting, Analyse und Optimierung mit Hilfe von Analytics und Dashboards
strategische Entwicklung von eCommerce- und Lead-Generation-Kunden
Mitarbeit an internen Projekten und Produktentwicklung
interne Koordination und Projektmanagement
Was bringe ich mit?
Studienabschluss, kaufmännische Ausbildung bevorzugt
1 – 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Werbe & Medienbranche, idealerweise Agenturerfahrung
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Google AdWords, Facebook for Business, Display Ad Servern
idealerweise ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis für Webseiten und Onlineshops
perfekte Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
sehr gutes Zahlengefühl, Genauigkeit
starke Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung
strategische Denkweise
Organisationsfähigkeit unter Zeitdruck und Arbeitsbelastung

What are my Tasks?
-
strategic, tactical and functional planning of online marketing campaigns
implementation and optimization of paid search and social campaigns
reporting, analyzing and optimization with analytics and dashboards
strategic development of eCommerce and lead-generation-clients
cooperation of internal projects and product development
internal coordination and project management
What are the requirements necessary?
-
Bacc. or higher, preferably business education
1-3 years of experience within the industry, ideally within an agency
experience with Google AdWords, Facebook advertising, Display Ad Servers
technical understanding related to websites and onlineshops
fluid German is a requirement, as well as excellent knowledge of English
highly numerate, precision
client- and solution-oriented
strategic thinking
good organizational skills in spite of time pressure and high workload
