The role of a clinical research associate is to provide administrative support for Clinical staff , including filing, photocopying, preparation of documents and general assistance, while developing an understanding of the drug development process, Good Clinical Practices (GCP), and relevant regulations. The Clinical Trials Associate also actively participates in delivering results that meet Customer expectations, project goals, timelines, assigned budget to ensure the successful completion of project deliverables. Previous experience in a contract research organization (CRO), pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Company is preferred but not essential. Good knowledge of medical terminology, clinical data, and ICH/Good Clinical Practices is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email, and voicemail, effective written interpersonal, and presentation skills is required. Above average attention to detail, accuracy and organizational, skills is required.
