ご利用方法 How to use
機内Wi-Fiサービスは、離陸の約5分後から着陸の約5分前までご利用いただけます。
In-flight Wi-Fi service is available from approximately 5 minutes after take off, until 5 minutes before landing
ご利用になる端末のWi-FiがONになっていることを確認してください。
Please check that the Wi-Fi function of the device you will use is turned on.
iPhone / iPad / iPod Touch
『設定』⇒『Wi-Fi』をオン
”Setting”→ turn on “Wi-Fi”
Android
『設定』⇒『無線とネットワーク』⇒『Wi-Fi』をオン
”Setting”→ “Wireless and Network” →turn on “Wi-Fi”
ネットワーク一覧から、
【 gogoinﬂight】を選択し、接続。
Choose [gogoinflight] from the list of networks.
インターネットブラウザ※を開く。
Open a browser window.
※Safari , Google Chrome, Internet Explorer など。
ポータルサイトが表示されない場合は『更新ボタン』や『お気に入り』のリンクを押すか、URLに
http://airbornemedia.gogoinflight.com/app を入力してください。
iOS端末では接続完了画面が表示されますので、画面の指示に従ってください。
If the portal site does not appear, enter the URL http://airbornemedia.gogoinflight.com/app by yourself.
The pop-up screen indicating the completion of connection appear on iOS devices. Please follow the instructions on the screen.
接続できない場合
If you cannot connect
Wi-Fiに接続できない場合は、以下の設定をご確認ください。
If you cannot connect , please check the following settings.

●上記で接続できない場合は端末を再起動すると改善する場合があります。

ビデオプログラムが視聴できない場合は、プライバシーモードがオフであることを確認してください。

❶Safariを表示し、iPhoneは画面右下、iPadは画面右上のを選択します。
Open Safari, tap icon in the corner.
❷画面左下に表示されるプライベートの色で設定を確認します。
Please check the color of private icon that is displayed in the lower left corner of the screen.

設定はオンなのでオフに⇒ プライベート OK
