Am Dienstag, 23. Februar 2016, wird ab 18:00 Uhr im
Tagungsgebäude ein Stehempfang stattfinden, zu dem alle
Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer herzlich eingeladen sind.
Geselliger Abend
Am Mittwoch, 24. Februar 2016, wird ab 19:30 Uhr
(Einlass ab 19:00 Uhr) ein Geselliger Abend (Conference
Dinner) in dem Restaurant Löwenkrone (Leonhardplatz)
stattfinden. Die Löwenkrone befindet sich ca. 3,5 km von
der TU Braunschweig entfernt und kann gut mit öffentlichen
Verkehrsmitteln erreicht werden. Sie fahren mit der Buslinie
429/M29 von der Haltestelle „Pockelsstr.“ in Richtung
„Braunschweig
Hauptbahnhof“
bis
zur
Haltestelle
„Leonhardplatz“ (Fahrtzeit ca. 10 min). Von der Haltestelle
„Leonhardplatz“ gehen Sie ca. 300 m in Fahrtrichtung. Das
Restaurant Löwenkrone befindet sich am hinteren Ende der
Stadthalle.
Postersektion
Die Postersektion findet am Mittwoch, 24. Februar 2016,
von 10:00 bis 11:00 Uhr statt. Für diese Zeit wird um
Anwesenheit der Autoren gebeten. Über die eigentliche
Postersektion hinaus sollten die Poster für einen längeren
Zeitraum präsentiert werden. Wir bitten daher, dass die
Poster bis spätestens Dienstag, 23. Februar 2016, 16:00
Uhr angebracht und am Donnerstag, 25. Februar 2016,
bis 13:00 Uhr abgenommen werden. Die Poster werden mit
Nummern und Titel beschriftet sein. Die genauen
Posternummern entnehmen Sie bitte dem Programm der
Postersektion (S. 16). Nadeln zum Befestigen der Poster
sind an den Posterwänden vorhanden.
Posterprämierung: Die Teilnehmer werden gebeten, die
Poster aller Autoren während der Postersektion nach
optischen Eindruck, inhaltlichem Aufbau und Aussagekraft
zu bewerten. Ein entsprechender Stimmzettel findet sich in
der Tagungstasche. Die Preisverleihung wird während des
geselligen Abends erfolgen.

On Tuesday, February 23rd 2016, a welcome reception will
be held from 18:00 h in the conference building. The
organizers invite all registered participants to join the
reception.
Conference Dinner
On Wednesday, February 24th 2016, a conference dinner
will be held from 19:30 h (open from 19:00 h) in the
restaurant Löwenkrone. The Löwenkrone is located at
Leonhardplatz, about 3.5 km away from the TU
Braunschweig and can easily be reached by public
transport: Take bus line 429/M29 from bus stop
„Pockelsstr.“ to bus stop „Leonhardplatz“ in direction
„Braunschweig Hauptbahnhof“ (lenth of the trip approx. 10
min). From bus stop „Leonhardplatz“ walk approx. 300 m in
driving direction. The restaurant Löwenkrone is located at
the back of the Stadthalle.
Poster Session
The poster session will be held on Wednesday, February
24th 2016, from 10:00-11:00 h. Authors are asked to attend
their posters during this time in order to be available for
questions. Posters should be set-up on Tuesday, February
23rd 2016, 16:00 h, and should be removed on Thursday,
February 25th 2016, at 13:00 h at the latest. The poster
numbers will be marked on the boards. For further
information about the poster assignment check the list of the
poster presentation starting on page 16. Materials for
mounting the poster will be available at the poster boards.
Poster award: Participants are asked to evaluate all
displayed posters regarding their aesthetical value, textual
content and significance. A ballot card is included in the
conference bag. The award presentation will be held during
the conference dinner.
